Nucular PSA Announcent in NYC

I didn't see this anywhere on ats...

And not very computer savvy. But Fox news has a article on mobile page that said a PSA Announcement was aired telling folks what to do during a nuclear attack.... I found this very odd.

But it makes sense if you think about it. How do you bring a severely divided nation together??? 911 worked for a short while. Just my thoughts. I wish I knew how to add stories. Headline reads...

Fox News.

I'm old, and I remember the fifties when we learned to "duck and cover" by hiding under our school desks. We also had air raid sirens that went off at 2:00 pm every Wednesday. They were called "Mama whistles" because we were supposed to run home to Mama if it wasn't Wednesday. What goes around comes around.

Late 60s I went to school near Empire State Building and the teachers told us we were next to ground zero. We would have drills to go into hallway and stare at lockers so glass wouldn’t get in my eyes and they wonder why we are all messed up. Even back then as a child I always wondered who dropped me off on this rock. These people are psychotic.
