It was noted during a detailed audit, that tens of thousands of NON-Citizens voted by mail and drop-box in Arizona, during the extended voting window leading up to the November 2020 elections.

In an attempt to close that loop-hole as much as possible, Arizona governor Doug Ducey signed into law this past March, a requirement that every voter must prove he/she is a U.S. Citizen.

Because using non-U.S. citizens is a big component of "Vote Harvesting" fraud schemes, the Joe Biden Democrat-run Department of Justice sued the state of Arizona today, in an attempt to cancel/nullify this new Voter-ID requirement.

Here is how the Department of Justice words their "defense" of Non-Citizen's right to vote in U.S. elections. Cleverly phrasing it as if they're ensuring that U.S. citizens are not hindered.

"Arizona has passed a law that turns the clock back on progress by imposing unlawful and unnecessary requirements that would block eligible voters from the registration rolls for certain federal elections," said Kristen Clarke, assistant attorney general for the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division, in a statement.
"The Justice Department will continue to use every available tool to protect all Americans' right to vote and to ensure that their voices are heard," she added.

Needless to say, Democrat-owned Mainstream Media outlets are rooting for the Department of Justice to be victorious in stopping this Arizona law from taking effect.

They, as part of a huge corrupt family, know illegally cast votes are critical in many close elections, and keeping the conduit open for votes from Non-U.S. citizens is critical. Especially in the states that border Mexico. Thousands of these voters are illegally entering the United States every day.

No honest, ethical person would argue against proof of citizenship as a requirement for voting.
It's a litmus test for an honest politician.

Cackling Kamala's goofy excuses like "poor people in rural areas can't get to a Kinkos" is complete horsesh!t. The radical Dems have said numerous times that they want illegals to be able to vote. The goon squad says it all the time! AOC said that if you live in this country you should be able to vote. Who cares if you're not a citizen?

So now the DOJ is actually suing the state of Arizona! These people are trying to destroy this country as fast as they possibly can.

Well damn. As I recall, a record number of federal-only ballots were cast in 2020, but I can't find any hard numbers right now.

No rest for the wicked, eh?

It's almost like the feds want us to know that they cheated in AZ and plan to do it again in the mid terms. Of course, we'll have someone along shortly to tell us that this is somehow supposed to be a good thing, and that the implications of blocking illegals from voting is somehow unconstitutional.

As I understand it, federal law requires that states allow voters in all states to request a federal ballot with only federal offices/candidates and ID is not required to vote a federal ballot.

Arizona passed a law that all voters must present ID and valid registration to vote in all elections, including voters requesting federal-only ballots.

Vote at the polls, in person, on Election Day or don’t vote at all. The exception is military service or public service that would prevent voting in person.

You should be able to walk in any poll, fill out a provisional ballot to be sent to your precinct with your ID recorded by a poll worker and witnessed by a supervisor. As proof of a valid vote if you are on the roll in your precinct.

Not that hard. Look at the purple thumb verification that was done in Iraq under a new government. The US can’t be as effective against voter fraud than Iraq was?

Red Herring because mail ballots are counterfeit anyway and signature verification doesn't work 😎

The big thing is, as I understand it, it's up to each individual state to have their legislatures determine how elections in their respective state are handled. It's not a federal matter, so technically, the DOJ has no jurisdiction. But I'm sure they're going to do some judge shopping for an Obama holdover, and get an injunction and stall it until at least after the primaries. What I'm hoping for in that case is that our legislature here in AZ tells Merrick Garland to stuff it, just like he told SCOTUS over the RvW ruling less than 2 weeks ago.

I don't think you can register to vote in Arizona without proving you're alive and a US-Arizona citizen now...or at least starting in January 2023, according to the articles.

As we know, the lower (corrupt-Dem) judges will give the DOJ victory. It will be appealed up to the Supreme Court, where Justice Clarence Thomas will happily (once again) stick it to Racist Biden. Wasn't it Biden who called Justice Nominee Clarence Thomas "BOY", during his confirmation hearing?

Wasn't it also that very same Biden that said "we have organized the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics"? Or was that the other Biden that he told us to vote for? I'm having a hard time keeping track.

The man (Jovan Pultizer) who conducted a detailed audit of behaviors in Arizona worked with the "2,000 Mules" producer to figure out how many votes were casts by illegals and by dead people. Part of Pulitzer's presentation early last week was a video of illegal vote harvesting. Several non-citizens were paid a few dollars to sit at a park bench in Yuma (?) Arizona and fill out ballots.
