4th of July Parade Shooting

Multiple people are feared dead after a reported shooting at a 4th of July parade in Highland Park, Illinois, on Monday.

Witnesses say crowds fled the sound of gunfire, and others saw at least five bloodied people lying on the ground and another under a blanket, according to the Chicago Sun Times.

Highland Park is a pretty upper crust, white majority community. Not to say they're not left-leaning, but it's not the sort of thing that you get in that area (compared to parts of Chicago).

From news conference on Fox news.

Six deceased and 24 seriously injured and in hospitals. Shooter still being searched for. Weapon, a rifle, recovered from scene. Shots were fired from the roof of a building.

He is described as being between 18 and 20 years old and is believed to be wearing a white or a blue t-shirt.

That's a pretty vague description.

Makes me think of these guys...

I bet the victims are white, which makes this big news, even though many Hispanic and black adults and unborn babies have been murdered within 10 miles of that shooting over the last couple of days.

If the shooter is black, this story will not get much traction with the liberal media.... Just like the mass killings that occurred with the guy at the Christmas parade running over children last year.

Can you expect anything else, we got a communist government now that are promoting violence against anybody that do not align with their views, this is the only way they can try to push for gun legislation, they are using their own followers to comit and promote hate crimes.

Read shooter is described as white male, slight build, long black hair, 18-20.

The date of this alone makes my first thought some kind of terrorist attack-indescriminate targeting of civilians,on Americas favorite holiday..

But these days it could just as easily be a lone nut,likley on psych meds.



Watching CBS Chicago live-they are saying SWAT teams are going door to door searching for the killer.
People are told to shelter in place.
And they said the T shirt guy has "slim build and long black hair"

Athorities are not describing weapon in any way other than a rifle.

By the discription of the shooting, he was using sniper tactics. Assault rifles are not very good for sniping. The accuracy is affected by the rapid shots.
