Russian scientist dies after being 'arrested on his deathbed' and flown to Moscow

Physicist Dmitry Kolker was a patient at a hospital in Siberia suffering advanced pancreatic cancer when FSB officers turned up , took him from the hospital bed and put him on a 4 hour flight to Mascow where he was put in prison , Dmitry Kolker died shortly after.

Physicist Dmitry Kolker - a laser specialist - had been suffering from advanced pancreatic cancer and was taken from his hospital bed in Siberia, where he was being fed through a tube.

He was bundled onto a flight of more than four hours to Moscow, where the lawyers said he was taken to Lefortovo prison before he later died in a nearby hospital.

The 54-year-old had been accused of betraying state secrets to China.

The family and lawyers said Mr Kolker was detained and his house searched by the FSB security service.

They said the treason charges - which carry a sentence of up to 20 years - were based on lectures he had delivered in China, even though the content had been approved by the FSB.

My heavens, hopefully they won't permit extradition requests for any extremely dangerous state criminals!

We all know how abjectly evil it is to post emails and documents exposing the nefarious actions of the political elites. That is certainly a much more dire and pressing matter than say, espionage and spying.

It's good that we here in the West can stand proud atop the Moral High-ground.

Just goes to show if you fart in the wrong direction or speak out of turn Putin and his ilk will end your existence at the drop of a hat.

Which doesn't bode well really considering all his own people will most lightly be nothing more than yes men and sycophants as terrified of him as they are each other.

Oregon and Canada legalize killing the terminally ill (or poor because we all know poverty is always terminal) because they're liberal and enlightened.

Russia does it because Putin is a brutal dictator.

I wonder if anybody has put together that Canada has made it legal to euthanize for poverty and the entire WEF platform they're pushing involves forced poverty.

I'm sure that's not going to be a problem down the road. Thusfar everything done by WEF and Western leaders has been totally benign.
