The problem I have with these videos, you never see the objects leave! If you're filming a UFO, you wouldn't stop until it left.

Yes, only, this original video is not from Thirdphase, it was submitted to them. These kind of objects seem to be prevalent over central and south America. I'm not saying these are alien craft but there is obviously a common denominator and I don't think it is kites.

It isn't necessarily directly over the city. It could be relatively closer to the camera with the city in the background.

An extreme example (just to make the point) would be if the camera person threw a ball in the air and filmed it with the city in the background.

The object, whatever it is, appears to be quite distant from the camera and is extremely stable. Kites usually elevate and move with the wind. The person does a sweep around, the trees are not moving. I'm not sure if a motor powered kite is able to stay in one place like this object appears to. Whatever it is, there does seem to be a raft of similar sightings so you would think a sensible explanation would be forthcoming.

I think this could be the answer.

Thanks for the video. At the 1:16 mark there is a commercial plane that flew by. Shouldn't there be a record of those pilots talking about something in the airspace?

You're posting below this might have more to it than it might seem. I also feel that a balloon might be the answer to this sighting, I doubt a kit would stay that still long enough, but an anchored balloon could. The other issue a I have with what we are seeing is that in other countries these types of sighting usually get in the newspaper. There isn't as much a stigma as there is in the US. Can anyone find a newspaper story about this sighting?
