Never done this before, so not sure of protocol.

There will be one dissenting judge. C Thomas.

Do not ask me how I know this,

I will be investigated, and you will become part of the investigation.

Don't do that to yourself.

Judgment will become evident, or should be.

Tho bad the dnc controlled congress won’t fix the issue before then.
They have the majority and could easily do such.

I'd be very surprised. Last time the SCOTUS ruled in Biden v. Texas they ruled 6-3 against the Federal government. I don't really see anything that's changed since then that would cause five justices to change their decision.
edit on 6/30/2022 by Xcalibur254 because: (no reason given)

To be clear, you're referring to a SCOTUS ruling on Biden's attempt to kill the "Remain in Mexico" policy?

Are you predicting anything about the case other than Clarence Thomas will be the only dissenting opinion?

They don't have a filibuster majority. So we know if the was no filibuster, things WOULD get done.

Lol
You pretend they need one.
That is hilarious.
They can do as they wish, pretend they don’t have the ability.
The reality is the dems don’t have the political will, they simply don’t value their constituents enough to actually work for them.

It was the last day before the end of this session and one of the two cases that still needed decisions was an immigration case. It's not exactly an out there guess.

The Supreme Court Rules that Migrants can come into the USA freely from Mexico, since the Biden Administration was letting them enter freely in the first place. (Biden Admin was ignoring the Supreme Court's August 2021 order to keep Trump's "Remain in Mexico" policy intact and enforced.)

5-4 in favor of the Biden Administration so you got the ruling correct but the count was incorrect.

Just that it would go in the Administrations favor, was an easy prediction.

Way off on the numbers though.

C'est la vie.

Aye, but it is the Conservatives that rule the Senate.

No getting past conservatives unfortunately.
