You're out in the left field. The Satanic Temple has nothing whatsoever to do with Satanism or Satanic rituals from the movies. It's not even a religion, it's a belief

If they have nothing to do with Satanism then why do they refer to themselves as Satanic?

And if they are not a religion then how do they purpose to adjust our laws to their religion when it is not even a religion?

The Church of Satan expresses vehement opposition to the campaigns and activities of The Satanic Temple, asserting themselves as the only “true” arbiters of Satanism, while The Satanic Temple dismisses the Church of Satan as irrelevant and inactive.

They are a political group and nothing more. Calling themselves a religion is to make a point and to troll the religious zealots. They are not Satan worshipers by any stretch of the imagination and they are not the same as LaVey's group. They are atheists and agnostics.

I would imagine that this would of been looked at and changed if this were the case. Yet they still receive tax breaks.

I personally believe that a abortion should only occur due to few circumstances. Rape "unless the mother still wanted to have the child", A deformity of the child that would cause life long issues "unless the parent was willing to still care for the child", Incest "unless the mother still wanted to keep the child", If it would cause the mother to die "unless the mother was willing to give her life" or In cases that a birth control failed "unless the mother wanted to keep said child"

If you just want to raw dog all day and not expect a child then you should pay the price. I've personally done everything i could to not have children because i personally find it irresponsible in this day and age to bring a child into this hell hole.."Hell i dont even want to be here" I even married a woman who can't get pregnant.

One thing that blows me away is the logic of " It's just a clump of cells its not alive". Do people forget that with our current understanding of evolution that we all started as just a "clump of cells"? If it wasn't for those single celled organisms... No life would of formed on this planet.

Not my problem. That is their issue. I asked if they are a religion, seems they are not. If they are not a religion they can't claim religious freedoms. Otherwise anyone can just make one up any day and instantly be considered a religion.

I also dont care about tax brakes. As long as they are not a religion they have no case to claim religious freedom and that is really where this discussion ended some posts ago when this was mentioned.

My point was that they still receive tax breaks from being a religion because they are recognized as one. If it was not recognized as a religion the irs would of never signed off on it... Rather they view themselves as a religion or not it does not change the view of the state. I don't understand why this is so hard to comprehend...

1. Babies are living creatures.
2. Justice is not being executed without benefit of due process
3. Babies have a body and most will grow and be born if left alone.
4. Again baby in there. Offending and murder are different things.
5. At the moment of conception: hair color, eye color, gender, etc are already determined. So a bit more than a clump of cells.
6. Murder is some serious harm, so maybe try to avoid it?
7. Murder is pretty hardcore, so maybe some nobility should be tried? If fact it shouldn’t need to be written or smoking that killing without any justification of defense is wrong.
