It's possible the leaked draft was a fake draft. Because you have not heard anything further on the investigation into who leaked it.

Is there any doubt how the five liars will vote?

And the SCOTUS becomes just another political tool. Good for them.

You should be used to getting lied to, supporting the professional con artist Dems.

I can picture you screaming and kicking on the floor…..”I want to keep killing babies!!!”

I expect that they'll probably fire the person responsible after the current session has ended.

And I totally expect that the Dobbs decision will be the very last one announced.

When is their next break or recess or whatever they call it?

I bet they drop it on their last day then they all leave D.C. for a few weeks.

That is precisely the supreme Court's history on major decisions.

They did the same thing when deciding not to take the 2020 case challenging Joe Biden's election legitimacy.

Justice John Roberts declined to accept the case and all the justices went on a 6-week vacation that included Christmas and new years.

Clarence Thomas and a couple of others were so angry at him, Court employees could hear the yelling from outside their Chambers.

Interesting that the SCOTUS doesn't hold a referendum. The chief justice shouldn't be tolerated to make decisions without a majority consensus from their peers, especially if they are prone to evasion tactics.

All I hope is that the Catholic Church is ready to defend its property in the US for the Night of Rage (that the feds are allowing unhindered)...sure has had plenty of time to harden the targets. Goes for the pregnancy resource centers and Right to Life offices.
Not sure why the crazies don't target mosques...

The liars are whoever falsely told you that those 5 justices promised never to overturn Roe. They didn't.

Today's big ruling

6.23.2022

Breaking News

The SCOTUS just expanded "Gun Rights" in a major ruling.

Source: www.foxnews.com...

How does that work with Congress trying to restrict "Gun Rights" at this very moment?

Who wins?

SCOTUS WATCH...

So, there it is!

The Supreme Court on Thursday struck down a New York handgun-licensing law that required New Yorkers who want to carry a handgun in public to show a special need to defend themselves. The 6-3 ruling, written by Justice Clarence Thomas, is the court’s first significant decision on gun rights in over a decade.

Not much, I don't think. Although, I don't know all the stuff going into this new law proposal.

Right now you have to be 21 to buy a hand gun. So, making it so you have to be 21 to purchase an AK style rifle wouldn't effect conceal carry permit laws. Red flag laws and limiting how many bullets can go in a magazine, etc., I don't think will be effected by this ruling.

Red flag is next

Why just take the gun?
Why not the knives, cars, baseball bats ect……

There are already laws in place for this.
Because the courts, Leo’s ect are too lazy to pursue such is no reason to deprive law abiding citizens of their rights.

It's amazing (and sad) to me how Baby Murders take a back-seat to Gun-rights in the mind of so many Americans.

"Sir, we can kill the unborn child in your wife's womb, or take your Rifle. Which will it be?...you got 10 seconds."

So many about-to-be fathers would immediately look up the phone number for local abortion providers, or go get a coat hanger.

That is not an issue. What is an issue is that the Court has decided that it cannot be left up to the states to regulate conceal carry permits, while they're about to turn over a woman's right to regulate her own body to the states.

Lol
States can regulate as they see fit.
When they get out of line, constitutionally, they get smacked.
It will be the same with any state law.

At least that is how it is SUPPOSED to work.

Like in 1965 when states got smacked down for not allowing married women access to birth control? Or in 1972 when states got smacked down for not allowing unmarried women access to birth control? Or like in 1973 when states got smacked down for not allowing women access to abortion?

Or, like in 1967 when states got smacked down for not allowing mixed race marriage, or like in 2015 when states got smacked down for not allowing people of the same sex to get married?

Those kind of smack downs?

Yep
This could be very easily solved.
Pass a bill making it legal.

You should seek from your representative why that is not being done.

Scotus doesn’t write laws, congress does.
Basic civics.
I wonder why congress doesn’t want to provide protection to them?

I am aware that last month's attempt to codify Roe V Wade didn't pass. Are you?
