Well if anyone bothered to look, UFO SECTION 51 is like secureteam10, a load of videos either CGI or real but blurry videos being passed off as 'Aliens' or 'UFO' for viewing numbers.

This blimp is over land. Clearly a blimp, there's one stationed not too far from me that comes around a few times a year into my region. The lights under it that stay permanent is the light coming from the pulpit/cockpit.

Support your claim by providing a photo/video of a similar looking blimp. I just looked at hundreds of blimp photos on Google Image and none resembled what is seen in the video. It should be easy for you since you say it's clearly a blimp.
