Who's hosting the end of the world party then?

I have watched up until just after impact. It is hilarious. So many things wrong.

The refesh rate of the video from ISS would not be able to see anything but a motion blur flash by. The speed difference is tens of thousands of miles per hour.

The Earth has stopped rotating on its axis as the camera looking east from east of Mexico city never changes when shown looking toward the sunrise and impact area. Twilight never progresses from night to day.

There would be a radio noise like the loudest thunder storm pop ever heard as the air is suddenly ionized from the impact. This would be instantaneous and even knock out all digital comunications for several seconds for at least half the planet. The emergency warning system seems to have magically not been affected at the correct time.

I will keep watching for the laughs.

This is so funny.

The impact is shown simulated at the same point that it originally hit.

In Floridia, it is shown in the direction of sunrise. That means it hit in the middle of the Atlantic ocean and not the tip of the Yucatan pennincilla as shown on the map.

They are not even trying for accuracy.

Mostly just maps and charts after the first 15 mins. It is so funny that the girl putting on lipstick still has power and internet after they stated that all the electronics would be wiped out already. The earthquake simulation room was a nice touch though.

They really needed a technical advisor when making this abomination.

Edit: If you watch the whole thing, I would suggest speeding up playback after the first 30 min. It is all charts and maps after that

How is pointing out the inaccuracies of this impact simulation seeming nervous? I find it funny that they went to all that trouble to create that video but included so many mistakes.

I also find the movie 'Gravity' to be a comedy in the same way. They wanted to be technically accurate but failed in so many places.
