He said people like him who are vaccinated but haven’t been infected are likely pretty susceptible to getting COVID-19. The data is clear that antibodies you get from vaccination wane relatively quickly. And that is a reason, according to Messer, to follow his advice.
“If you haven’t gotten a booster,” he said, “do it now.”

If you don't want COVID, don't watch TV.

Even if you did a test and it came back positive, it's no surprise because it can only detect corona bits.
And all colds and flus are under the umbrella corona and have been with us for yonks.
I'm not criticizing you at all fellow pureblood, just pointing out that there are still normal seasonal colds going round that have nowt to do with the coof.
The cdc no longer recommends PCR testing. Interestingly, they don’t recommend any specific improved testing option- perhaps because there really isn’t one.

No, the common cold cannot cause a positive COVID-19 test

Though the cold and COVID-19 can produce similar symptoms, the Mayo Clinic said the difference is COVID-19 is caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, while the common cold is most often caused by rhinoviruses.
The COVID-19 tests are very specific and are sensitive to COVID-19 itself. According to the CDC, PCR tests and at-home tests will both tell you if you are infected with SARS-CoV-2, which is the virus that causes COVID-19.
The PCR tests specifically identify the RNA sequences that comprise the genetic material of the virus. At-home tests, also known as rapid or antigen tests, are designed to detect proteins from the specific virus that causes COVID-19.
