He was, I understand, "investigated" for inciting a riot, but no charges were ever filed, that I'm aware of.

But as we see, those types of riots, the "Mostly Peaceful 'Fiery' Protests", are officially condoned, so generally very little legal fallout follows them.

That is almost certainly Mr. Kelley. That said, the human brain is a liar. It lies to it's host all the time. One lie it tells, is that it can accurately remember what happened 1 1/2 years ago. There's a reason why statements are taken as soon as possible. Are there original statements from January 2021? It doesn't look like it. So, as second-hand information, this statement of "facts" is nothing but garbage. A simple timeline of events, with properly dated corroborating statements, would have been better. Any good defense lawyer should be able to destroy this timeline as is.

Also, no mention of the "Capitol Police" letting protestors into the Capitol. You know, we have video of that too. The bias is obvious. And yes, the timing is extremely suspect.
