Well, look. I'm no Ukraine defender. I think the country is as corrupt as you can get.

However, It was the Soviet Union that formed Ukraine, and Russia agreed to it becoming a separate country when the USSR folded.

So, this entire line of thought about Ukraine being founded by Russians is...irrelevant.

Ukraine exists, and does so because Russia allowed it to.
