It’s Ready for Change of Ian Vollmer. Never heard of this guy, but taking into account the name of the album, its cover art, name of songs, date of release (24th February) and that he doesn’t appear in the Wikipedia, I think this album could be related to the fascist/islamist conspiracy as another announcement.
