We all have good questions, but there are never any good answers. In a nutshell, their answers come down to "We don't really know ".
They've been lying to us since the 40s, they're not going to start telling us the truth now.

“The report delivered to Congress last June was done by the intelligence community along with the Pentagon’s Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Task Force, which the Pentagon replaced in November with a new office, the Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group. The group’s job is to “detect, identify and attribute objects of interest in Special Use Airspace and to assess and mitigate any associated threats to safety of flight and national security.”
And this is how they weaponize space.

And while this has something to do with adversary UAP's,
it has nothing to do with anything 'unusual' or 'UFO-like'.
This has ALWAYS been about 'Special Use Airspace '.

This whole idea that NASA, the military, government etc. is keeping UFO secrets is ridiculous. Why would Elon Musk, Richard Branson, or Jeff Bezos be allowed by the U S. government/military to launch trips to the edge of space? They could be filming these craft flying in and out of our atmosphere blowing this great coverup.
Some type of law would be put in place to keep citizens from going higher than certain heights. The Air Force leases property to SpaceX. They use facilities at Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center. How is this evidence of a conspiratorial coverup?
When you flip the coin, there's actual evidence there is no U.S. conspiracy while there's still no real evidence that we're being visited. The only coverup might be the government being purposely sketchy to keep secret projects under cover while using the UAP excuse. Apply some common sense here.
