UFO Sighting- Caught on Camera [Montello WI, June 13, 2021]

Good day, did an ATS search and didn't see a thread on this video...here's a very interesting sighting uploaded last summer by a non-UFO channel which adds credibility IMO. I just came across this the other day. Disclaimer, the content creators are not UFO people so it has some silly moments because they can't believe what they documented.

3 minutes of that professional broadcast is all I could take. At least he didn't just show the computer screen and argue with his family about it.

There is an angle, by which this could just be a skylight.

Around the 4:45 mark he crops the image and plays some images as a video from the series of pictures he took.

There is a red light visible on what I’m deducing to be a plane.
Which would make sense considering he took a time laps - he says something like 800 pictures.
The red light is on the left wing.
The bright light is the landing approach light causing the wash out of the image.

When he plays that little video you can make out what would be the red navigation light flashing as it flew over head.

Just my opinion, but if this came to me through MUFON, I would disposition the case as IFO man made object - airliner.
And I would also have the date time and location and I would be able to verify it via Flightradar24

Definitely a cool series of events though! Thank you for posting.

At 6:45 into the video you see a close up of the craft. This isn't an airplane or anything I have ever seen before.

I can't post the screenshot!?! Definitely one of the better videos of a UFO. The guy seems genuinely excited, and crops the photos for close ups. Again around 6:45.

He also mentions that he heard a plane's engine.
And we all know that UFO's are silent ...

I would have said helicopter with spotlight .
Red light on the tail .

One upclose still he shows around that time (Ophiuchus1 posted a pic of it up stream) shows a series of red lights in a row above the smeared white light (and as you point the red light is seen blinking in the play through of stills), all even distance from one another... id say it was a long exposure shot of a plane or helicopter (would explain the spot light, although ive seen small planes with sufficiently bright forward lights on them to create a light cone, although not at that angle but im not sure if such planes have control over the forward lights pitch)...

After all he was supposedly photoing the Milkyway which would require a long exposure time to capture with any camera, especially in the light pollution he appears to be in (seems rural but at the same time the brightness of the horizon and his house lights in comparison to the night sky and stars shows long exposure in my opinion. if it wasnt long exposure the sky would be totally black and the house lights far less over blown light wise).

Also he mentions hearing a noise and thats what made him look around and spot the UFO... as far as i know UFO's in all their history as a phenomena havent really made a noise.

Also, given the speed the object was moving at, why only those images, how would he not be able to track that thing from time of visibility to the moment he looses sight of it?.. which indicates to me the camera was on a fixed tripod (as it would be for long exposure nightsky photography) and he wasnt around when the object was visible and only found it after viewing the stills, also he's probably using the technique where when filming astronomical objects you stick a number of long exposure images together into a final image. What im saying with this is, he seems to tell it like 'i was out there saw this and started to shoot it', yet everything he was saying he was out there for would mean this photo wouldnt be a spontaneous thing, ie tripod long duration setup... if that makes sense.

ALSO... check out his favorite photo of the week at the very end... notice the image timing/spacing on the fire? kinda reminds me of the timing/spacing of the red light on the 'UFO'... so yeah... Its a multipal image long exposure shot of a low flying small plane with twin forward wing lights.

Edit- looked into it a little more, Cessnas can have a central white light, white spotlights on the wings (both or only on just one, although alot of pics ive seen its surprise surprise, on the left wing), white lights on the wing tips and the usual red on the left wing tip and tail (which is common on all planes)... so it probably was a Cessna in my opinion, and at that height you'd definitely hear it coming lol.

This guy reminds me of a magician who distracts one’s attention while they do the sleight of hand.

Exactly!
You worded it a lot better than I did.
I was heading to dinner and want to spit it out fast.
But when I do that, I don’t elaborate on why it’s most likely something other than space aliens

But 100% if this came to me, it would be dispositioned as man made.
All I need is the time those photos were taken and I can verify it via Flightradar24.

As you mention he had long exposure on, which is why the object is elongated in the images.

Stitched time lapses of a Cessna stacked on each other makes perfect sense.
To bad he mentions sound.
Cropping the pics more and inverting them then claiming he shot it on the ocean, a surfaced Russian Sub
would have been more believable maybe? 🤪

Googling long exposure airplane or helicopter you will find streaks of lines, but if it's flashing lights you won't? Anyhow it is so unbelievably bright...so it's hard to picture a light that bright in the sky, which gets over exposed so much it produces this huge blob and the red lights don't, and produce a different type of image. He mentions his camera also has "a million pixels."

Really disappointing the content creator would withhold info and be a huge liar, especially exploiting his kids. I'd hope people would be better than that.

He mocks the idea of it being a helicopter and says he was out there and snapped the four photos.

Rewatching the video, he does have at least a couple angles of the house so him being outside moving the tripod around seems legit. So I believe he was outside when it flew by as he states.

He heard a noise looked up and saw it, and snapped the four photos from the tripod because in the sequence of the UFO, nothing in the foreground/background moves around. So it's clearly shot from a tripod.

It depends on how long he set up 700 photos to take a time lapse. For an hour or for 5 minutes? If it was for an hour or so then pictures would be taken far apart than rapid succession. So depending on that would determine if he clicked those photos himself and then it shot away.

Couldn't the noise be an actual helicopter following the UFO? Isn't that a common report?

You would have to think it's pretty risky going off subject from your channel's content that could get you labeled as a fraud and canceled by your fans.

It sounds more like a publicity stunt than anything else.
