Federal Judge and Georgia Secty of State Rules Marjorie Taylor-Greene Can Be Reelected.

The Federal Judge Marjorie Taylor-Greene testified before, 2 weeks ago, has ruled that she had little to do with the January 6, 2021 riot that stemmed from protesting Joe Biden's stealing of the 2020 Presidential election.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger opted not to exact revenge on former President Donald Trump, choosing to side with a judge and keep Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, one of the former president's most loyal supporters in Congress on the ballot.

Judge Charles Beaudrot, who presided over Greene's administrative hearing, issued his recommendation on Friday that Greene should be not disqualified from seeking re-election.

Raffensperger, however, had the final say in deciding if she's kept off the ballot, giving him a chance to send a message to Trump and others who have made enemies out of election officials who refused to overturn the results and promote unproven voter fraud claims.

Shortly after the judge ruled on the case, Raffensperger announced that he accepted the judge's recommendation, sealing Greene's ability to remain on the ballot.

IMO, the only times an election official should be disqualified from seeking re-election, or be removed from office, is if they violated laws, or have a severe mental impairment, or place America in danger.

Otherwise, the VOTERS whom she/he represents, should make that determination at the election booth.

Good and I agree. When they tried pulling the insurrection bs their case was over. in my opinion Democrats are doing everything they can to stop the red wave that is coming. Too bad for Democrats that they can't stop what's coming. Democrats trying to incite violence over the Roe vs Wade bs... frivolous law suits..

Because Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor-Greene has filed formal Impeachment Articles against Joe Biden. And those articles will be enhanced and implemented, just 8 months from now, Greene was a top-level target of Democrats.

Now, they've faced yet ANOTHER set-back in their efforts to keep from being properly disciplined (arse-kicked) in the November Mid-Terms.

She's a moron. She's an instigator. She's a failure as a Congresswoman.

If that's what her constituents want, so be it. But they probably should be embarrassed they voted for her. She's a disaster.

And she's kinda ugly too.

sounds like your describing about 75% or more of all elected representatives and senators in both state and federal legislatures. So it's nothing new.

Marjorie Taylor Greene fended off all challengers tonight, during Georgia's primary elections.

The fact that she has already filed impeachment articles against Joe Biden, coupled with Democrats going to court to stop her from running for re-election, means Marjorie Taylor-Greene is going to be instrumental in bringing justice to top-tier Democrats who continually damage people and institutions, without being punished.
