Peace at Last!

Jesus said part of the sign of the conclusion of this system of things and of his presence would be: “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be great earthquakes, and in one place after another food shortages and pestilences; and there will be fearful sights and from heaven great signs."-Luke 21:10-11.




In the Revelation given to John (Revelation 6:2-8) four horsemen are seen riding during the time period of the end. Including in these are the red horse which is granted to take peace away from the earth, and the pale horse, followed by death, representing epidemics. No one can deny we are seeing the ride of the four horsemen today in such signs such as the COVID-19 pandemic, and the current invasion of Russian into the Ukraine! In my threads I take a keen interest in Bible prophecy. The amount of prophecies being fulfilled in our time is staggering. It is truly incredible to be living here at the end of this system.

All the prophecies that have been fulfilled in the past that God's word has faithfully foretold, and all that is currently being fulfilled, gives us full confidence that what it foretells awaits humankind will surely come true. It can be trusted.

I have posted this dream vision of Nebuchadnezzar in a couple other threads of mine but wish to place it here again. The king of Babylon, Nebuchadnezzar, was given a divine dream of a great statue. But he could not remember it. So he called all his wise men and demanded they both tell him what his dream was and its interpretation. When none of them could he became irate and commanded to have them all put to death. But Daniel heard of the decree, and he asked for time, and he would make known to the king what it was he wanted to know. And Jehovah revealed both the dream and its interpretation to Daniel. And he came before the king to tell him of the dream vision, the statue and its significance:



Daniel explained that the statue was made up of different metals. The head of gold was Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon. After him there would be another kingdom, the chest and arms of silver, the Medo-Persain empire. After that would arise a kingdom of copper, the abdomen and thighs, the Grecian Empire. After that legs of iron, the Roman Empire. Finally the feet of iron mixed with clay, an offshoot of the Roman empire, the Anglo-American world power.




This dream is so imperative, because we are living in the time of the feet of iron and clay. Daniel said that as the feet were partly of iron and partly of clay so the kingdom would be partly strong and partly fragile:

"And as the toes of the feet were partly of iron and partly of clay, so the kingdom will be partly strong and partly fragile. Just as you saw iron mixed with soft clay, they will be mixed with the people; but they will not stick together, one to the other, just as iron does not mix with clay."-Daniel 2:42-43.

The Anglo-American world power has acted effectively throughout the last days, especially in WWI and WWII where it crushed the king of the north as foretold in Daniel 11:29-35. But because of the common people, the clay, the elections, the protests, and movements inside the world power it will not be able to fully implement its policies.

And today we live during the time there is a pushing against the kings of the north and the south as foretold in Daniel 11:40:

"“In the time of the end the king of the south will engage with him in a pushing.-Daniel 11:40.

All throughout the time of the end, of the last days, the king of the south, the Anglo-American world power, and the king of the North, in WWI and WWII Germany, and during the Cold War the USSR, and today as Russia and its allies have been engaged in wars and proxy wars against each other.

All of these things have come to pass just as foretold. But notice that Daniel said that during the time of the world power of the feet of iron and clay that the God of heaven would set up a kingdom in heaven that would never pass away. And that hands that are not human will cut out a rock from the mountain and hurl it at the feet, and completely pulverize the image.

The kingdom Jehovah has established in heaven is Jesus' kingdom government. It rules in heaven. It will soon come and wage war with all the kings of the earth, bringing all of them to ruin. Thus the rock, not of human origin, will crush and put and end to all these kingdoms, and then it itself will establish a righteous government of peace over all the earth:


Talking about the days of the feet of iron and clay, in which we live Daniel said:

“In the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed. And this kingdom will not be passed on to any other people. It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it alone will stand forever."-Daniel 2:44.



In the picture we see the statue of Nebuchadnezzar's dream vision. We are living in the time of the feet. There will not be another world power after the Anglo-American one of human origin. There also we see the ride of the four horsemen of Revelation 6:2-8. In the background is the mountain the rock is carved from. It is even now heading to the inevitable war of Armageddon where Jesus Christ, not of human origin, with his myriads of angels will wage righteous warfare against all the kings of this earth and all unrighteous humanity bringing this system to its end.





What about the white horse, of the four horsemen of Revelation 6?

"And I saw, and look! a white horse, and the one seated on it had a bow; and a crown was given him, and he went out conquering and to complete his conquest."-Revelation 6:2.

The horse represents warfare. White represents righteousness. So the white horse represents righteous warfare. The same horse is seen in Revelation 19 and we are told there that Jesus Christ, the word of God, the King of kings, and Lord of lords is riding it, and he will direct hosts of angels to battle against wicked humankind at Armageddon:

"I saw heaven opened, and look! a white horse. And the one seated on it is called Faithful and True, and he judges and carries on war in righteousness. His eyes are a fiery flame, and on his head are many diadems. He has a name written that no one knows but he himself, and he is clothed with an outer garment stained with blood, and he is called by the name The Word of God.  Also, the armies in heaven were following him on white horses, and they were clothed in white, clean, fine linen. And out of his mouth protrudes a sharp, long sword with which to strike the nations, and he will shepherd them with a rod of iron. Moreover, he treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty. On his outer garment, yes, on his thigh, he has a name written, King of kings and Lord of lords."-Revelation 19:11-16.

Understanding Nebuchadnezzar's dream vision is important because it clearly tells us that's God's kingdom government is heavenly and it is going to do away with all human governments and it is going to establish God's righteous government of peace over all the earth wherein the meek and righteous will live forever in peace. Daniel told Nebuchadnezzar he could trust the interpretation of the dream:


"Just as you saw that out of the mountain a stone was cut not by hands, and that it crushed the iron, the copper, the clay, the silver, and the gold. The Grand God has made known to the king what will happen in the future. The dream is true, and its interpretation is trustworthy.”-Daniel 2:44."

Jesus is the Prince of Peace:

"His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace."-Isaiah 9:6.


And under his kingdom rule there will be real and lasting peace on earth!

"To the increase of his rulership
And to peace, there will be no end."
-Isaiah9:7.

It is real. We don't need to worry about the future. Seek shelter in God's kingdom government. In the time of the end we are told that people out of all the nations and tribes and peoples and tongues would come out of Satan's old system made up of the corrupt governments, false religion that misleads all humankind, and its commerical system of things that keeps oppressing the people, and they would go to the mountain of Jehovah, that highly eleveanted kingdom government, and they would learn war no more:

And it will be raised up above the hills,
And to it all the nations will stream.

Nor will they learn war anymore."

Everyone is being invited to leave behind this old world, like the sinking ship that it is, and to join God's righteous people on his mountain of pure worship. They are promised peace now amidst this bedarkened world full of fear, violence, and terror, having faith in God and his word that he will not let man destroy earth, or bring to ruin the good that is left in it.


God's promises are faithful and true, and all the blessings foretold for obedient humankind and the earth will come true:

"With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them.  And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” And the One seated on the throne said: “Look! I am making all things new.” Also he says: “Write, for these words are faithful and true.”-Revelation 21:3-5.

Very well wrote. I agree, the peace that Jesus gives has been the best gift outside of salvation I have ever received. When family and friends argue over politics, money, ext I just smile and know its all for not.

Revelations is supposed to be cosmography of the ancient skies as a reflection of the inner one; The sun would be the red horse and the moon the pale horse and death the shadow on it or serpent swallowing the sun for the 40 days and 40 nights until rebirth or something or another... seven planets equalled the dragon and since the seven crowns is their names or whatever. Another interpretation would be the horsemen a cause is like the sun or red horse; Once done it cannot be undone and everyone can see it the moon is like the pale horse effect and whatever comes of it good or bad will be around like a plague until death.

There's people way more and better versed in the cosmology aspect of the ancients and their grasp of above and below and how it related to the inner qualities... or whatever they were trying to teach; and that varied world wide as other cultures interpret it and still do in different ways.

Being heir to your causes? Means noticing the effect of them is beneficial... Doing that makes good use of the present moment.

Not doing that; Is like removing your head and standing on it to see higher.
