Congressional scorecards are a thing like a Bureaucratic badge since some people once they get into congress seem to die in congress. Scorecards are thought of a way to oust those that are scoring bad with the American people across state lines and federal government initiatives since they do not seem to have term limits.

If we look at the way that was set-up it was basically the same thing as a house of lords or wealthy landowners/barons... Trump and JFK could be said to have been such a thing that made it into the White-house I think they expected more scandal and circus from DJT than they got from William J. Clinton whom was a JFK pick for the White House... from all the children that were considered to be an "All American". When that didn't happen and DJT showed himself to be a regular Joe pardon the pun they(both sides) were left with nothing to go on in the last election... other than Americans seeing that the government needs A lot of work.

The odd thing is it is said no one likes a constitutionalist; But I would say that is until that person requires it for any justice to occur in their life... because without it? A man, woman or even a child cannot stand alone and face the world as it is; when someone wants to take the speech out of your heart and have their speech echoed, want to take your rights and civil liberties away through contractual obligations... a corporate ran government and corruption of the dollar is the nightmare; since people set prices on those freedoms and liberties and all the corporate structure can say is we learned it from them and point at the justice department that do the same thing in the form of tax and tariff on the individual on the state and federal level... so when they are in the wrong for that is when the attacked on all sides comes to an end the hero/heroine journey is over as they are then held u to the constitution and either all that probable cause was from causes related to you being a good honest hard working American or a good honest hard working American that got corrupted by come on; sell you freedoms come on hate your government...

We the people shouldn't have to use the government it should just work for us as intended and when it doesn't protections and or laws need to be put into place to insure that it does.

I'm not fond of states forming "experiments" that become cause of undue suffering as population for decades and as I said in the opening about congressional scorecards... senators that continually sell out their state under an experimental program is unconstitutional as there is no two-thirds majority saying it's OK to due such a thing in a state and every state has been experimented with in some way shape or form that later could be found to be unconstitutional so maybe moving forward and thinking of "covid" as what goes on in some form in every state everyday of every year but doesn't go away until it is deemed illegal and unconstitutional as a united cause of the prevention of such things on the clandestine level and be open about what plan or plans of experiment they would like to do and what they expect to achieve that makes America better from it and an opt in or out form of agency where an individual can say no... I don't want to take part in any three letter agency experiments... that could be redacted removed or classified until most of the people oppressed by such initiatives are dead and or forgotten... where is their voice then? If not in dissent and since there are laws against decent? Welcome to 1984

Your reply is well-intended but you just showed what's wrong with American government. The original idea of the founding fathers was an honorable undertaking but weak in execution. They left out the rights of negroes as humans (We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.) but not if you are a black slave, strike one. They were blind to the right of women as equals, strike two. To their credit, given that they were all deists (belief in the existence of a supreme being, specifically of a creator who does not intervene in the universe. The term is used chiefly of an intellectual movement of the 17th and 18th centuries that accepted the existence of a creator on the basis of reason but rejected belief in a supernatural deity who interacts with humankind) as an atheist I'm glad they didn't let their irrational beliefs create a religious government. That happened later when politicians saw religions as a control tool to expand their power.

Created equal just means through man and woman coming together in coitus and producing a child from it. Endowed by their creator that is talking about the rights themselves or equal in the eyes of the law. The truth that is self evident is men are born and they die... in between those two are the philosophies of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Slaves of all color is what built this country or put it in the light; the shadow on the moon is the slavery... that slavery was to the thrones of other countries and churches beliefs and philosophies that upheld that it was ok.

Those against the abolishment of slavery are no different than what gets called the establishment or traitors that look for any loophole in the government or it's laws and capitalise on it at the detriment of people's life, their liberties and pursuits of happiness. Since it is the desire to make money off of a loophole in the law those laws are constantly updated and changed to close those loopholes in the protections that the constitution guarantees.

The government isn't rocket science but it does hold to be about as complicated.

The biggest strike that occured since the civil war is allowing a two party rule since the right to vote was infringed upon by those two parties continually vying for control such a thing is a loophole that needs closing that those two parties have capitalized on.

An example of this? If it was not for those loopholes that those two parties have capitalised on? Without a shadow of a doubt; Mr. Bernard Sanders would have won by a landslide... But he was an Independent and he realized that with two parties in control and capitalizing on the loophole that has yet to be closed he didn't have a snowball's chance unless he turned to one party or the other to run... whether the DNC has returned all the money the Independent turned Democrat raised to the Independents? I don't know; but they should if they haven't.

The letter of the law is the right the vote; Meaning "no affiliation" should have the right to vote just as much as anyone else and by the letter of the law of the land? They do...

There was obviously no risk of MAD back in 1945 with only two tiny nuclear weapons existing. A slightly different situation to a world with over 12k nuclear warheads which are apparently capable of utterly destroying the planet. Maybe they'd allow the odd tactical or "suitcase" nuke to be used but we can safely assume that an all-out nuclear exchange is off the table, hence why UFOs have shown such an interest in nuclear weapons sites before

Calls have been made for the US authorities to wake up and take UFOs seriously.

They missed the Trinity tests, Hiroshima, Nagasaki and didn't stop the 2000+ other nuclear weapons tests conducted either.

Although some dude called Bob Jacobs claims the aliens stopped a dummywarhead test in 1964. His project engineer has refuted that claim.

These aliens don't have a very good success rate.

I have wondered if a nuke or 2 actually detonated on the planet that the EBENS would step in and shut everything down electronically over the planet? Just one of those thoughts you have when you goto bed at night just trying to goto sleep.

Maybe. I think it's clear that they want to avoid nuclear war but don't subscribe to the theory that the first few nuclear detonations were what brought them here to start with. They've been here for centuries, millennia even, at minimum.
