Ukraine did not attempt to land anyone on the island, and did not take off from Romania to attack the island, the island was attacked with small Turkish drones.

The small Turkish drones do not carry any troops, and taking the island would be about the last thing on Ukraine's task list at the moment anyway.

Funny that, your claim is all over russian sites, but not a single matching quote from anywhere else on the planet.


Meanwhile, a similar collection of Ukrainian aircraft were photographed taking off from Odessa around the same time, and then video of where those planes attacked in the dombas area.

Seems pretty similar to russia's moskva lies, eh?

Here, have some drone video from the drone that attacked the serna-class all on it's own on Snake island.

ETA: There is now more drone footage available from another drone sent to film the entire operation from above. The attacks were from that original drone and two su-27s from Odessa who attacked and ran, nobody tried to land any paratroopers, and no helicopters were in the area.

Not only didn't russia shoot anything down in that attack, it doesn't even appear that russia attempted any anti aircraft fire.

There is also new drone footage of attacks on 2 more fast patrol boats today (not the 2 already reported a day or so ago).







It still isn't 'official' yet, but have some more makarov 'news'.

It is sad that schools, hospitals, children and woman goes into the way of crystal clear russian freedom fighters… yesterday the school in Bihorivka was bombed, 60 dead. Who you want to blame on that? Poland, Sweden, maybe Moldovia? Maybe the people who were hiding inside there blow up themselves right? What is your narrative on that?

Russia seems think schools and hospitals are a legitimate target , their actions in Ukraine mirror those they conducted in Syria.

Briefing of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, morning of May 8.

High-precision air-based missiles of the Russian Air Force have destroyed overnight the command post of a mechanized brigade near Pyatikhatka, Kharkov Region, and the communication hub of the Chervonoglinskoe military airfield near Artsyz. A Ukrainian naval corvette of project 1241 has also been destroyed near Odessa.

✈️💥Operational-tactical and army aviation have hit 130 military assets of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

▫️Among them: 3 command posts, 123 areas of manpower and military equipment concentration, 2 artillery batteries at firing positions and 2 depots of missile and artillery weapons and ammunition near Bakhmut and Krasnopolie.

▫️The attacks have resulted in the elimination of more than 420 nationalists and up to 55 armoured and motor vehicles.

💥During the night, Russian air defence means destroyed 2 more Ukrainian Su-24 bombers and 1 Mi-24 helicopter of the Ukrainian Air Force over Snake Island, and also shot down 1 Bayraktar-TB2 unmanned aerial vehicle near Odessa.

▫️A total of 4 Ukrainian aircraft, 4 helicopters, including 3 with paratroopers on board, 3 Bayraktar-TB2 UAV and 1 Ukrainian Navy amphibious assault boat have been destroyed in the area during the day.

💥Missile troops and artillery have hit 56 command posts, 32 artillery firing positions, 415 areas of AFU manpower and military equipment concentration, as well as 2 launchers of S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems near Korotych in Kharkov Region.

📊In total, 156 aircraft and 116 helicopters, 765 unmanned aerial vehicles, 297 anti-aircraft missile systems, 2,927 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 335 multiple launch rocket systems, 1,393 field artillery and mortars, as well as 2,746 units of special military vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed during the operation.

Yet another in a long line of fake russian propaganda videos getting busted, great catch!

I wonder if RT will ask his boss why russia needed to post a fake video to 'prove' that makarov still exists, wouldn't it have been easier to just show the actual ship if it hasn't been redeployed as a submarine?

Also, if makarov still exists, why didn't she attempt to defend Snake Island, since that WAS her job?

Part of their strategy put out so much fake information it becomes difficult to tell what is real. Then when caught they simply say it was a misquote or go as far as claiming they never said it.

Ukraine just released photos of the helicopter RT's latest absurd russian propaganda was based on, it was a russian helicopter full of russian troops that had been flown in to help defend the island.

Neither the russian helicopter or the russian troops survived the Ukrainian attack.

i read about that, been waiting for the latest lies to come out from it.

it will probably be something like mechanical issues forced troop transport to crash or some BS like that.
they just can't come out and say what really happened. Sad part is they don't seem to realize that if they did they wouldn't be ridiculed nearly as much as they are now.

it's not like their saving face, that was never going to happen, but all the BS just makes them seem even more petty than they are.
