Iraq government actually didn't give guidelines to civilians to fight against the occupying force. In Ukraine, it was a little different.

What happened with the sanctions it has shown that the US only gets way when they threaten or bully countries into agreeing with them on issues like Iraq, Libya's regime change or on Ukraine.

I read some of the articles when posted here for debunking and ridicule, nothing else.

I've even been airport-free for over 2 years thanks to the ccp bio weapon accident.
