The regional administrative court of Sicily has ruled that the Italian vaccination obligation against corona is unconstitutional. The court stated that the experimental mRNA treatments intended to protect the population against corona could have 'serious or fatal side effects'. A single death makes the vaccination obligation unconstitutional, the court said. Italian lawyer Marco Mori recently made a video about the groundbreaking 53-page verdict. According to the verdict, 570 million doses of Pfizer had been administered in the EU by the end of January. There were 582,000 reported adverse events, 7,000 of which were fatal.
In the case of AstraZeneca: 69 million doses and 244,000 side effects, of which 1447 were fatal. Moderna: 139 million doses and 150,000 side effects, of which 834 were fatal. Janssen: 19 million doses and 40,766 adverse events, 279 of which were fatal. In most cases, the side effects are mild, but in some cases there is irreversible damage to health, resulting in disability or even death, the court said.
The Constitutional Court must now consider the matter. President of this court is Giuliano Amato, an Italian politician who was prime minister twice, from 1992 to 1993 and from 2000 to 2001. Mori notes in his video that Amato strictly follows the government line. A dyed-in-the-wool appliance. The lawyer is curious what Amato thinks of the verdict.
