The ingenuity helicopter on Mars has flown to the location of where the backshell and parachute ended up during the Perseverance Rover's landing process.

NASA’s Mars Helicopter Spots Gear That Helped Perseverance Rover Land

I would love to see the crashed descent stage as well. The descent stage was the part of the landing system that had the engines to slow the descent and the winch that lowered the rover to the surface. Here's a location of Perseverance and all of it's landing system parts taken from orbit soon after Perseverance landed:

Cool pictures. 👍

Would have thought desert scavengers would have picked it to pieces by now.🤣

Nice, gotta be honest, I looked for small footprints or tracks around those two pictures, and companied them to see if all the things match up, even the shadow from the heli. Looks fine to me

But.. Historical junk. Lots of valuable souvenirs laying around when people get up there. Wouldn't you just love to put one of the rovers on your coffee table?

I bet if Humans ever venture out there, they would clean that up as much as possible. The crash site of the descent stage might be a different story because it likely contaminated the top layer of the soil with rocket fuel.

The idea of humans possibly visiting/cleaning these sites leads me to wonder if some of the rovers' final resting places would be made in-situ museums or shrines, complete with the rover remaining in place on the ground.

I'm in awe of both the objects in the photograph and how the photographs were obtained. Amazing stuff.
