Buy ETFs now, the stocks are down

Hi all.
Now is a good time to invest in ETFs, my portfolio is down by a lot ,
but that is a good time to buy and it will recover

Trying to remain optimistic, though it gets harder & harder

And how exactly does one "buy" an EFT?

The whole internet is laughing at them, but the internet these days is.... well a censorship group think nightmare.

I'm with Vanguard. I know , they're evil, but what options are there but then to watch your money in the bank become more worthless by the minute?

$100 litecoin and $300 Bitcoin Cash are looking good.

When you're here in 6-12 months crying over how badly your portfolio has been hit, that will be right around the time to buy.

Right now anybody buying in is just providing exit liquidity for people that know better.

Crypto is the only way I'm staying ahead of inflation. It will probably be a year or two before market index starts beating inflation over time. That may even be an optimistic outlook.

I will also be buying bitcoins, though my understanding is that even that is on the 'elites' radar to destroy/regulate ?

Buy Long Term Storage food from maybe mountain house?

Buy Rice, Pasta, oats, etc. and pack in Mylar with oxy absorbers.

For precious metals, brass encased lead is also a top choice investment.

and learn to fish , hunt , trap ,(get licensed for each) and raise a garden (or what and where to look in the surrounding area .)
That has always been my plan .

To exit the market you need buyers to provide liquidity. The people buying now are providing exit liquidity to those who are trying to exit. It's obviously more complicated when you add derivatives and ETFs, but ultimately there is a balance between buys and sells.

Right now the only real strategy in a broad sense is to hold through to the next bull market or exit and wait for the market to retrace. People close to retirement should be looking at low risk options if they haven't already and trying to hedge against inflation during a bear market. All the retiremt calculators that have been telling people how to prepare have been rendered obsolete through constant printing of money and people are going to end up adding years to their projected retiremt date because of it.

Aside from scheduled investing I disagree that now is the right time to buy. I think scheduled buys via payroll or whatever are always good to maintain througharket ups and downs, but bulk buys are best done close to market bottoms. It's coming, but the pain has only just started. I'm about 25% cash right now and I suspect I'm on the low end for people that trade. There will be a lot of great deals soon.

BTC is also likely to see another drop along with the stocks. Speculators say it could reach sub 10k, but I think low 30k to high 20k range is more realistic. If it goes below 10k I'll even add it to my portfolio for a while.

I also do as Infolurker suggested and have a fair stockpile of nonperishable food.

Is the Brave browser crypto wallet any good ? Or should I buy crypto currency at bitcoin.com or so ?
