The only people that should be concerned about food shortages are people in big cities.
If you're in a big city there are many things you should be concerned about. What would happen with an extended power outtage due to a solar flare or
just a major accident taking out an electrical hub? It would be utter chaos in a matter of days. What about a massive riot? What about the next
pandemic? The list goes on and on.
If you live in the other 95% of the country, a rifle and a few rounds will feed you for a year. White tail deer are in every state in the lower 48.
That's not to mention all of the stuff you can forage and eat. Maybe victory gardens will come back, I hope so.
In our thousands of years of existance on this planet we've only had fast food for about 100 years. Even grocery stores are only about 105 years.
In the end, all this is, fear mongering. I don't understand why but they want you scared. Maybe because scared people are easy to control. We see it
over and over again and we don't seem to learn. Trump is a russian asset and if he's elected we're all going to die. Covid is the worst pandemic in
100 years, we are all going to die. If we don't all drive electric cars right now, we are all going to die. Russia is halting exports of fertilizer,
we are all going to die. It goes on and on and on.
Just recognize the fact that humans are problem solvers by nature. It's actually hard to get a human to find a root cause of a problem because they
want to jump ahead and solve problems before even recognizing what's causing it.
We're going to be fine.
