Where do I post about this? I feel other people's feelings. Like big time, like enough to make me sick or really sad or super excited, like for no reason of my own. Gives me headaches too.

I would suggest doing some research; there are techniques for shieling and blocking energy from others for empathic people which help immensely.

I was researching but confused and too distracted to figure it out. I don't think it's an alien thing or a spirit thing. I don't like to talk about it but there are odd topics all around here so I figured why not.

First, you need to identify the feelings as NOT YOURS. Then, you need to learn psychic martial arts. You need to be able to direct the wave of feelings like a martial artist moves their opponent's energy. You don't need to block or attack the energy; you need to move it.

Easier said than done. It's your lesson in life.

How long has it been going on? Something that was always their or have you experienced it more recently? When did you first notice it?

It's very hard being that way but you are not alone. The word empath is just a word but there is a reality that goes with it. It seems to range from people who are very sensitive to people who turn on street lights. That range is complicated and painful

I use to be so ashamed of it till I learned I wasn't alone. I have looked to find some understanding without really any answers. I try to manage the energy.

I have. Antique stores are hard for me. Restuarants, crowds. Negatives. Positives. I have to move away. Some people flip me completely around with the energy.

Family of "sensitives'-5 gens back to 1850 and earlier. If you are lost, know youre not. All things come form God for a reason. Mail me sometimes if you want....
