I understood that the civilians of Donetsk and Lugansk had been pretending to be civilians all their lives, but the shelling of their homes finally revealed the truth that they are not human.

Western countries are discussing giving Ukraine access to all the money that was seized from Russia (reserves - $300 billion). Its also been suggested that all seized oligarch items be auctioned off with Ukraine receiving the proceeds.
