To answer your question Ukraine is practically landlocked now so probably not.

Not yet on the kalibur, not ever on the torpedo (Ukraine doesn't have a navy)

Russia is completing its objectives and is nearly done.

If russia wanted a proper war it would have carpet bombed Ukraine by now.

I have to wonder if the poor Ukraine's share your way of thinking, looking at the state of the place i have to assume that to be a negative.

The missile is impressive, just not in a good way.

If its impressive rockets you seek try NASA Saturn 5 or SpaceX Starship.
