I loved growing up in the 90's, we got the best cartoons. Ren and Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life, Cow and Chicken, Ed Edd and Eddy, Aaahh!!! Real Monsters, some of the best cartoons a kid could hope for. I feel kind of bad for kids these days, political correctness has made cartoons so tame and boring. Even some of the more "tame" shows from the 90's like CatDog and The Angry Beavers were still pretty wild.

I got Paramount plus for My son and he said that all the Nick cartoons are on there! So I now get to watch Saturday morning cartoons. I remember when Nick was first started with Double Dare and You Can't Do That on Television and Salute Your Shorts.

I think I was about eight years old or something. Ren and Stimpy was my mom's favorite! And there is so much that was above my brothers head ( he is 10 years younger than me)

As a kid in the 60s, we had Looney Tunes every day after school, and 2 hours an Saturday. Those are timeless.
The Sunday cartoons were OK, but I didn't get into them too much. (stuff like Bullwinkle and Fractured Fairy Tales)

Cartoons of the 70s and 80s absolutely sucked, then there was a wave of good stuff in the late 90s which continued into the early 2000s. Fairly Odd Parents, Dexter's Lab, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends, and of course Sponge Bob.

Animated cartoons are a fantastic art form.

Haha love it, I call my 4 year old daughter Butthead. She watched a few episodes with me and the biggest grin on her face.

Wife wasn’t impressed but now the little rat bag feels like she’s been let in on something she shouldn’t have and loves it.

All started cause she was laughing like them, I told her she sounded like Beavis and Butthead then to be fair to her had to show her who I was referencing.

Too funny, I think we all know people that fit that description.

Never watched much Courage and obviously The Simpsons doesn’t need to be mentioned as it’s a given.

The OG Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was probably my favourite; might still be, was doing a decorate your own Easter egg craft activity with said little ratbag on Easter Sunday and mine ended up being Michaelangelo

Some nineties cartoons that need mention are Recess, Gargoyles, Darkwing Duck, Street Sharks, the original Spiderman and X-Men, and even the Tick.

The eighties had some good stuff too. Ghostbusters cartoon, which was the second iteration of ghostbusters cartoon was the one we are all familiar with. But there was an original one in the seventies who's fourth man was a gorilla and they actually hundted ghosts and ghouls through time.

I wouldn't necessarily say it was good, but it was entertaining at times. I didn't know about it until I saw it on Qubo sometime after 2014 late at night after He-Man reruns. Eighties also had voltron, thundercats, Speed racer, gi Joe, transformers.

I will always enjoy the original run of Scooby doo that i believe started in '68 or '69, and then did another run in early seventies. It was what I watched as a kid in late eighties, early Nineties. I have managed to download almost every cartoon from my childhood. Even captain N game master and the Legend of Zelda.
