It’s Our Job To Control How People Think — Not Elon Musk’s

After twiiter came out with their 'Poison Pill stategy'.

They can rot in hell.

Poison Pill-share dilution which is basically the same thing as inflation for fiat currency. The value of per share is snip, but hey you get more shares.

I hope Musk and Trump team up between the two of them they could own 29.5 percent and it wouldn't trigger the poison pill.

As I posited earlier...if the dilution is triggered it might spiral into a much larger sell off and share price decline. If that did happen Twitter would become even cheaper to buy out.

So if they don't even know what their job is? Maybe they aren't journalists?

It would benefit them more to retool a competing platform and market it as next generation media. Call it the "virtual renaissance" or whatever.

Twitter is done anyway.

Tiktok will reign supreme for the next generation.

Indeed. I thought about expanding on Vanguard and friends but just left it. Those big guys are not about to cede squares on the chessboard easily to wannabe tinpots like Musk or Trump. They will let them play in one corner of the sandbox but when it comes to real power will just treat them like that short film, Bambi Meets Godzilla

We don't want an Oligarch billionaire (who doesn't want to censor the stuff we want censored) taking over from our Oligarch billionaires who will censor what we want them to!

Seems this possible Twitter takeover scares the hell out them because it is THEIR JOB to control what people think. Yeah, they said it.

miamistandard.news...

None other than MSNBC's 'Morning Joe' Mika Brzezinski said the following words in her out-loud voice...

"The dangerous edges here are that he is trying to undermine the media, trying to make up his own facts, and it could be that while unemployment and the economy worsen, he could have undermined the messaging so much that he can actually control exactly what people think..."

And then the nail in the 'oops, I just told the truth coffin':

"...and that is our job."

To which the effervescent Joe Scarborough replies:

"Yeah".

Watch the full clip here:

twitter.com...

What do you want to censor?
With that take you seem to be a problem.

The corruption runs deep. Twitter is a dog but as it stands its a gate keeping
place, we all know that! And that is why Musk won't be allowed to buy it.

The game is rigged peeps, you all know that too.

Its amusing to see some pretend that it's not though.

That is what I'm thinking , If they do Poison the stock we could see a mass sell off.

I may not personally think musk is the savior a lot of people think he is...but he is not dumb. Therefore I must assume he knows how rigged this whole thing is better than we do (he has the means where most of us don't). So if he knows its eigged and he is pretty damn smart and has means most don't...I have to assume he has a plan that was well thought through. I don't see this going well for twitter nor anyone else trying to protect the power they wield through twitter.

I may be wrong but I am not seeing how it ends well even if he is thwarted...

Oh, yes I am not under any delusion about his being a saint
or anything. However, he is very smart, but he won't stay
in line so unfortunately for him the gate keepers will be
coming for him. I personally hope he outwits them handily.

And at the risk of repeating myself, I don't see the same
folks who are in panic about him ever complaining about
Zuck, or Bezos. Those two are really the worst offenders.

Musk rules.

He launched cheese into orbit, and there was even a band. Capacity for 'humour' is refreshing. And I could see him doing that.

I also find it amusing Musk can play the archetypal savior role still. Steve Job's eulogy giver, and Larry Page's close friend doesn't exactly strike me as the adversary of the elites.

But whatever. I'm for whoever fights Twitter and their 'misinformation corrections', because I don't buy their fact checks much. They defer to consensus. And will rewrite consensus to defer to it. Seems worse than before.

Whoever kills their fact check 'birdwatch' rat BS is fine with me. Because what's truth? What's the fact check of "Area 51" read like in 1988?

There's no savior, only a man who believes the opportunity to facilitate community is more important than curbing our dark influences to prevent further "infection" of the consumer culture.

Elon Musk is just as bad. The guy is putting Starlink in orbit, which will connect people to the Internet of Bodies. He's even in the brain implant game; already pushing for human trials. One of his main goals is to get the number of electrodes higher, to be on par with Blackrock's implants.

Elon is just saying what you want to hear so the right doesn't attack his plans to replace combustion engines with his ev's.

But I'm fine with that. i want ev's to be the norm. So all this love for elon coming from the right is great imo.

Damn, is this how bad peoples comprehension really is? That clip was talking about Trump and had nothing to do with Elon.

Now people are going to forget she said that it is Media's job to control how people think and they will focus only on it not being about Elon. The misinformation propaganda in the US is pretty damn good isn't it?

Side note. In regards to AI "If we can't beat it, join it" - Elon musk

Then keep listening and he will say the purpose of neuralink is to create a symbiotic relationship between humans and AI

youtu.be...

And people think he is going to save us LOL. Not only did people get mad at all the pharma/consumer billionaires profiting huge off the pandemic, they conveniently forgot that Elon profited the most and more than tripled his net worth, some how he gets a pass because he trolls on twitter. Let's also not forget that Vanguard and Blackrock are the top 3 shareholders of Telsa. They're all owned by the same people who run everything. I fear we still have a far ways to go to wake people up. The indoctrination runs deep.

Unfortunately they're doing a fantastic job at controlling
how we think. We literally corral opinions, discussion
and debate around every media decimated story.

You only think for yourself when you refuse to
follow the crowd.

That clip of her saying that was actually from a few years ago. She was referring to Trump undermining the media narrative.
