On first thought, I'd want the same thing. But from what I hear, women prisoners are ROUGH, if you know what I mean. I don't want my bawls dragging the floor.

It's not just jail; that claim can also get them into the girls locker room and the ladies bathroom. We have to take their word for it that they're not just some perv looking for prey.

One of the guys in my lodge is a CO there and has said the same thing. He's worked both Rahway and this joint and prefers the men's prison, said it was less violent.
