This is low even by CNN standards, can't think of a news media anything I'd pay for with a subscription.

too many streaming services as it is, but to think a news app is gonna work? Hell, I think there are too many entertainment streaming services. Every service Ive signed up for a drop a few months later if not earlier. Just don't use it enough for even the lowest fee

CNN+ struggles to lure viewers in its early days, drawing fewer than 10,000 daily users
www.cnbc.com...

Fewer than 10,000 people are using CNN+ on a daily basis two weeks into its existence, sources said.
The paltry audience casts doubt on the future of the application following the recently completed combination of Discovery and WarnerMedia into Warner Bros. Discovery.
Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav hasn't commented publicly on CNN+'s long-term future. He told CNBC in February he'd need to see how the application performed before deciding on any next moves.

Maybe the + in CNN+ had people thinking it meant the whole story, not just a biased one-sided commentary.

The funniest part is CNN was shocked to learn even normal CNN watcher's were unwilling to actually pay to be propagandized. Almost like their subconscious was trying to tell them something.

No, the + means that CNN has made absolutely certain that anything they cover is the most agreeable version of the information according to the powers that be. Even if they have to bend, fold, staple and otherwise mutilate the facts to fit.

It’s a cable news channel genius... you can’t watch it in the first place without paying for it.

But yeah... gotta wonder what they where dreaming about when they came up with a CNN+ subscription.

Even if I consumed cable TV, If I'm doing mobile content on the go (app) I'm doing podcast.

I don't have to watch a podcast. I can do it while I'm driving, cooking, or doing chores.

If I can sit down with my phone, I'll read articles.

To be honest, I don't think there's much news I need to watch really. It's just talking heads trying to force feed me their opinion. They were daft to think this would get any traction, especially with their toxic brand. The only reason their network gets any views is because some establishments put it on as background.

They have become pretty bland of late... now they don’t have Trump to talk s# about 20 hours a day.

At least fox has a few charismatic news analysts... who rant on about just as much nonsense, but at least can some times be mildly entertaining.

Notice the amount ,
You know , what comes after the dollar sign .
And CNN started losing high dollar advertisers a long time ago .

I like bland and boring honestly.

Some of my favorite is German (English) and British content done in a real as a matter of fact way.

The only stuff I like with actual commentary is people who are honest about their bias and still navigate in an attempt to deliver with tact, or those I can't read their lean.

Matt Taibbi is way up there with Glenn Greenwald. Krystal and Saagar are pretty good too.

Just went to CNN on YouTube to see what the number of viewers are there. Here is what I found:

I'm sure it is probably similar on other social media platforms as Facebook, but I don't know I don't use it. Definitly lot more people are watching it on the internet. There was a video there almost got a million views in 10 hours.

It's a damn shame ATS is structured in a way that keeps this forum (and some others) being shown in all views of the platform.

That being said, CNN+ does appear to be doomed.

Source: gettr.com...

Now, to go find a mainstream forum at ATS to share this important development.

Ciao!
