What the Future Holds for Russia and its Allies

If you look at the threads I've made, which are not many, you will notice I am very interested in Bible prophecy especially the deep ones of Daniel and Revelation.

I believe that the anointed remnant on earth guided by holy spirit have correctly understood who the kings of the north and south are throughout the prophecy of Daniel 11.

So according to that prophecy what awaits for Russia and its allies? This link leads to a thread discussing how we can conclude that the USSR, and in 1992 on Russia and its allies are the king of the north mentioned in verse 36-44 of Daniel 11.

The rivalry between the two kings remains until the end of this system of things. So the king of the south, the Anglo-American world power will remain as the world power in Revelation as the 7th head of a 7-headed wild beast. See this post for an in depth explanation on this. The king of the north also remains until the end where he meets his end while drawing out to attack people because of reports he will hear.

Now just to add a little to the details I've expounded upon for the curious observer in other threads we see this interesting statement about how the king of the north would rule over the hidden treasures of the king of the south:

"And he will rule over the hidden treasures of gold and silver and over all the desirable things of Egypt. And the Libʹy·ans and the E·thi·oʹpi·ans will be at his steps."-Daniel 11:43.

Egypt here is referring to the king of the south. This was originally the Ptolemaic dynasty of kings that stem from the conquests of Alexander the Great. Today it is the Anglo-American world power. Again see my thread linked above for more in-depth information on this.

Has the USSR and at present Russia and its allies ruled over the "hidden treasures of gold and silver" of the king of the south?

Notice two interesting observations made in 1986 and the other in 1993 about the fulfillment of this prophecy.

From 1986:

This may refer to natural resources; and the modern “king of the north” does control territories with an abundance of mineral resources, including oil. He also has strong influence in territories outside his domain that have rich natural resources. All of us have reason to watch with interest whether he will get greater control of these and how far his economic influence will reach.

The control Russia has over espeically gas right now and its stranglehold over Europe and the hundreds of billions of dollars it gains every year from that could be a part of the fulfillment of this prophecy.

The observation made in 1993:

[The king of the north] has had a powerful influence on the way the king of the south used his financial resources. Because of fear of his rival, the king of the south has devoted huge sums each year to maintaining a formidable army, navy, and air force. To this extent the king of the north could be said to have ‘ruled over,’ controlled, the disposition of the wealth of the king of the south.

Verse 41 and 42 state: "Many lands will be made to stumble. But these are the ones that will escape out of his hand: Eʹdom and Moʹab and the main part of the Amʹmon·ites.  And he will keep thrusting out his hand against the lands."

Who are the Edomites, Moabites, and Ammonites in this prophecy? As they ceased to exist long ago, they are symbolic of the lands that the USSR and Russia have tried to conquer but have been unable to. But notice that it says "he will keep thrusting out his hand against the lands." So he does not stop trying to invade and conquer them.

Now if you have taken your time to do the research on this prophecy you will see that it foretells WWI and WWII and their outcomes, and explains the Cold War. Here is a video I've posted about it the thread linked above:



Does the King of the North start WWIII? Is there a direct confrontation between the king of the north and the king of the south yet future? They have been fighting all throughout history as Daniel 11 foretold. But we are at the stage in the prophecy where it is never mentioned that the king of the north and south fight directly again. They have certainly fought proxy wars against each other and continue to do so. And the Anglo-American world power has been powerless to stop the king of the north from taking sizeable amounts of land on earth and put them under his control during this time of the end.

But notice that the king of the north will soon hear reports that will disturb him and these draw him out to annihilate and devote many to destruction, and during that time he will come to his end, that is Russia and its allies will cease to exist:

“But reports out of the east and out of the north will disturb him, and he will go out in a great rage to annihilate and to devote many to destruction. And he will plant his royal tents between the grand sea and the holy mountain of Decoration; and he will come all the way to his end, and there will be no helper for him."-Daniel 11:44-45.

How is the prophecy fulfilled? For a full understanding other prophecies in the Bible need to be understood as well. Especially the one about the image of the first 7-headed wild beast in John's vision in Revelation 13. This image of the first beast is the 8th and final king that rules for an hour over all the earth. It represents the United Nations. All the rulers of the earth will give the UN authority and thus they will all rule together for one hour to fulfill God's thoughts in bringing about the destruction of the prostitute sitting on the wild beast. This is where five prophecies come together, actually more! The one about all the kings of the earth (the image of the wild beast of Revelation 13 with 7 heads and 10 horns) will turn upon and attack the "lamb" or Jesus Christ. This goes along with what Revelation 16 tells us that all the kings of the earth will be gathered together by 3 unclean inspired expressions of demons to wage war against God at the battle of Armageddon:

"And I saw three unclean inspired expressions that looked like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of the wild beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet. They are, in fact, expressions inspired by demons and they perform signs, and they go out to the kings of the entire inhabited earth, to gather them together to the war of the great day of God the Almighty."-Revelation 16:13-14.

This is also where "Gog of Magog" as a coalition of nations sallies forth to attack God's people:

Talking about Gog of Magog Jehovah says: "In the final part of the years you will invade the land whose people have been restored from the ravages of the sword, collected together out of many peoples."-Ezekiel 38:8.

So this coalition of nations will sally forth to attack God's people who have been gathered out of many peoples. That is every tribe and tongue and people. This seems to parallel with the attack of the king of the north when he hears reports that will disturb him and he sallies forth to bring many to destruction.

This also parallels what will happen to the king of the south, or the Anglo-American world power. We are told his fate in Daniel 8:

"And by his cunning he will use deception to succeed; and in his heart he will exalt himself; and during a time of security he will bring many to ruin. He will even stand up against the Prince of princes, but he will be broken without human hand."-Daniel 8:25.

This also coincides with the dream vision that Nebuchadnezzar had and was interpreted by the prophet Daniel in Daniel 2:



In this dream vision the feet of iron and clay represent the Anglo-American world power. There were are told:

"“In the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed. And this kingdom will not be passed on to any other people. It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it alone will stand forever."-Daniel 2:44.

In the dream vision a hand that was not human carves a rock out of the mountain and hurls it at the feet of the image and pulverizes it. Completely crushing it. This is God's kingdom in Jesus' hands when it comes to wage war against wicked humankind.

All the kings of the earth will take their stand against Jehovah and against his son the anointed whom he has given the ends of the earth to rule as his inheritance:

"2 The kings of the earth take their stand
And high officials gather together as one
Against Jehovah and against his anointed one.
 3 They say: “Let us tear off their shackles
And throw off their ropes!”
 4 The One enthroned in the heavens will laugh;
Jehovah will scoff at them.
 5 At that time he will speak to them in his anger
And terrify them in his burning anger,
 6 Saying: “I myself have installed my king
On Zion, my holy mountain.”
 7 Let me proclaim the decree of Jehovah;
He said to me: “You are my son;
Today I have become your father.
 8 Ask of me, and I will give nations as your inheritance
And the ends of the earth as your possession.
 9 You will break them with an iron scepter,
And you will smash them like a piece of pottery.”
-Psalm 2:2-9.

But because Jesus is the king of kings and lord of lords he will smash and put an end to all human governments and all wicked humankind:

"“The ten horns that you saw mean ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but they do receive authority as kings for one hour with the wild beast. 13 These have one thought, so they give their power and authority to the wild beast. 14 These will battle with the Lamb, but because he is Lord of lords and King of kings, the Lamb will conquer them. Also, those with him who are called and chosen and faithful will do so.”-Revelation 17:12-14.

So we can conclude that all of these are the same event. The world's rulers, after they have turned upon and destroyed the prostitute sitting on the image of the wild beast (the prostitute is false religion around the world), a worldwide message will be preached by Jehovah's witnesses who will be left remaining. This is the hail the size of a talent that will descend upon humankind:

"Then great hailstones, each about the weight of a talent, fell from heaven on the people, and the people blasphemed God because of the plague of hail, for the plague was unusually great."-Revelation 16:21.

Water in the Bible represents truth. Right now refreshing waters are being given to the nations calling them to repentance. At that time it will be too late to repent. So the refreshing waters of truth will congeal into hard hitting messages of judgement that the people of the earth will chaff at.

This then is the reports that will draw the king of the north, Russia and its allies out, and the confederation of nations known as Gog of Magog, and will also incur the wrath of the Anglo-American world power. They will all, along with the rest of the kings of all the earth surround Jehovah's people to annihilate them, assuming, mistakenly, because they were able to get rid of the rest of religion on earth, that either God does not exist or does not care and will not intervene. But this attack will draw God into action and Jesus and his angels will battle against the rulers of the earth and all of them will be utterly crushed:

Now keeping all this in mind, read the following prophecy with full understanding of its meaning. Jesus Christ, as the rider of the white horse, representing righteous warfare will sally forth and fight against the kings of the north and south and all the rulers of the earth and bring them all to ruin:

"I saw heaven opened, and look! a white horse. And the one seated on it is called Faithful and True, and he judges and carries on war in righteousness. His eyes are a fiery flame, and on his head are many diadems. He has a name written that no one knows but he himself, and he is clothed with an outer garment stained with blood, and he is called by the name The Word of God. Also, the armies in heaven were following him on white horses, and they were clothed in white, clean, fine linen. And out of his mouth protrudes a sharp, long sword with which to strike the nations, and he will shepherd them with a rod of iron. Moreover, he treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty. On his outer garment, yes, on his thigh, he has a name written, King of kings and Lord of lords.

I saw also an angel standing in the sun, and he cried out with a loud voice and said to all the birds that fly in midheaven: “Come here, be gathered together to the great evening meal of God, 18 so that you may eat the flesh of kings and the flesh of military commanders and the flesh of strong men and the flesh of horses and of those seated on them, and the flesh of all, of freemen as well as of slaves and of small ones and great.”

And I saw the wild beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to wage war against the one seated on the horse and against his army. And the wild beast was caught, and along with it the false prophet that performed in front of it the signs with which he misled those who received the mark of the wild beast and those who worship its image. While still alive, they both were hurled into the fiery lake that burns with sulfur. 21 But the rest were killed off with the long sword that proceeded out of the mouth of the one seated on the horse. And all the birds were filled with their flesh."-Revelation 19:11-21.

Conclusion? What do you think this means or plays out or is being played out? This OP just confused how I have been following the prophecy.

Many tribes of 1 has to be the US right?

I think the links to the other posts and threads I left, and in turn the links in those threads, will give you a better understanding. I am sorry I did not consolidate it all down into one thread. But if I get the mind to and the time I may do so at a later date.
