As to the OP, ultimately citizens decide when "normal" happens under authoritarian leaders. Alright.....So your suggesting that most of the footage coming from Ukraine is in fact, video game footage thus the war is fake? Or because there's a video online claiming to be real but it's not., then that's proof that the war is fake?

Which is a default.

The contracts require payment in dollars or euros in specified amounts on specified days.

Default does not = not survive.

No, they produce 1/3 of the wheat that is exported to another country, HUGE difference.

This is an amount that the U.S. can easily replace by simply stopping the payments to farmers to leave farmland barren.
