Ukrainian forces beating and arresting civilians in Dnipropetrovsk

Ukraine forces beating and arresting civilians in Dnipropetrovsk in Eastern Ukraine. Dnipro is Ukraines 4th largest city with about 1 million residents. Why are they beating these civilians so bad? If they beat THEIR OWN CITIZENS this bad and post it on social media what are they doing to civilians when the cameras aren't rolling?

Still think Ukraine is innocent in Bucha?

russia is accused of large scale intentional killing of actual civilians, not cuffing foreign spies from a brutal invader.

I wouldn't be so sure of that. Just the brutal head stamps into the concrete (while they were already face down) may just about been enough to kill them. If not, more than likely killed them later on while not being filmed and after a bit more torturing. Your blind support of them is truly sickening.
