In his address Putin stated they were experimenting with strains of none other than Coronavirus. He also claimed that there are a network of laboratories carrying out military biological programs in Ukraine.

The UK and US are doing everything in their power to escalate tensions with Russia and trigger a war and people need to start asking why. The UK and US are terrified Russia will expose their evil doings in Ukraine.

I guess it's the US department of defenses job to watch over vet lab results in a different country, on a different continent, right on the front lawn of the biggest political opponent.

Makes sense, but not in the way some make us to believe. Soon you will have the ones arriving saying ~450k$ is not enough for lab equipment but who's to say that this is all of it?

Like for example when I built my shop, the cost for pneumatic lines, electric installation, bath/toilet equipment, in short: everything that is installed into the raw building determined non removeable for the function. Like toilets, even hand soap dispenser. Lamps are considered removeable btw.

There is a third position that is not on any project plan and the state has no idea about it either, because it's not necessary to tell them that. It's the moveable equipment like hydraulic lifts, honing machines, deck scrubber, compressors, tools, machines in general.

That third position... the equipment cost looks like peanuts against that. It's not listed in the project costs. The only way the state knows is through my tax explanation but if someone pulls up my project sheet @ the bureau of building, they have no idea about that third position.

Well... plausible denial is a government favourite.
Always has been always will be.

Noone will get those documents that prove the finansing of covert research, and if they do, they will be labelled as spies or liars.

And everyone will believe them, because you know, "im aAmerican so everything the gov says is true..."

These labs?

According to a fact sheet provided by the DOD, the U.S. has invested approximately $200 million in Ukraine through BTRP, “supporting 46 Ukrainian laboratories, health facilities and diagnostic sites.” BTRP partners with the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health institutions.

If you missed it, “ BTRP partners with the World Health Organization (WHO)”

The Russian Federation steps up support to WHO for global health security and noncommunicable diseases

www.who.int...

“The Russian Federation has been in important partner and Member State of WHO, and has consistently demonstrated its solid commitment and strong support to WHO and the global health community,” said WHO Director-General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus. “I thank the Russian Federation for their generous support to WHO’s priority health actions.”

As a vital actor in the global health arena and a valued and recognized WHO donor, the Russian Federation consistently contributes expertise, financial, human, technical and other resources to support the global community in tackling a broad spectrum of global health challenges. More recently, throughout 2020 Russia has contributed substantial resources to support a number of priority WHO projects to achieve health-related SDGs, such as maternal, newborn and child health, support to the global COVID-19 response, and non-communicable diseases prevention and control.

If you missed,” Russian Federation consistently contributes expertise, financial, human, technical and other resources to support the global community in tackling a broad spectrum of global health challenges”

Funny Russia being a WHO partner had no problem with the WHO partner labs in the Ukraine until Russia needed a BS propaganda talking point.

Since the Trump dossier, the only thing true is people are willing to fall for Russia propaganda when it fits their narrative.

Didn’t Trump end US support for WHO while he was president? Leaving the next biggest donor as none other than Bill Gates?
