In one embodiment primary constructs or mmRNA may encode variant polypeptides which have a certain identity with a reference polypeptide sequence. As used herein, a "reference polypeptide sequence" refers to a starting polypeptide sequence.

Messing up fertility is a common theme with the peptides I've looked into. There's a bunch on testes development, spermatogenesis and prostate cancer.
Female side seems to have a lot of endometriosis, placental development and ovarian cancer.
I have seen one for Parkinson's disease too.
The list of peptides was 1,670 long, but many are repeated. There's ~584 different ones.

I have been going through the sequence ID's listed in the Moderna patent.
The list is important, in part because of the Pfizer document side effects list, but primarily because the Moderna patent has this quote regarding its capabilities with nucleotide sequences:
In one embodiment primary constructs or mmRNA may encode variant polypeptides which have a certain identity with a reference polypeptide sequence. As used herein, a "reference polypeptide sequence" refers to a starting polypeptide sequence.
The claim is that it can create variants, and this could include the list of sequence ID's.
Here's a couple things I've found:
1. There is an apparent tipster that came forward early on warning that the vaccines were going to effect the CYP19A1 gene. Virtuoso made a post with the tipster's comments.
So far, I have found two references to genes that would fit the tipster's claim. The entries in the gene bank tell you to see the reference for CYP and CGB5 is subgroup A.
2. The Pfizer document lists IP6 Deletion Syndrome, which is characterized by distinct facial features and moderate to severe intellectual disability.
Not only did I find a reference to this one, the gene information was scrubbed from 2 different gene banks.
I also learned why they want to target chemokines; they are very potent HIV inhibitors. The Moderna patent has references to those as well. I don't have a picture of that one, but you can see them on the list.
