War crimes are war crimes, and should be punished accordingly.

And that goes for Bush and Blair also as well as Putin.

Not that i ever imagine any of them will see the inside of a court or ever answer for there actions in any sort of meaningful manner.

And the answer is obvious. Putin is killing civilians because he claims he's ridding Ukraine of Nazis. So, the answer to the question is YES. A simple question with a simple answer.

These people like OP see Jews, black people etc. as helpless victims who are only useful for virtue signaling. Can't possibly imagine that a Jew could be a real president and not a puppet. Or that a Jewish president could use the Azov battalion to help protect his people when they're facing other groups of nazis who want to exterminate both just for being Ukrainian.

As to elections in Donbass and Luhansk, found this.

They were apparently held "on 11 November 2018 by the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics. As a result of a war that started in April 2014, these internationally unrecognised entities control parts of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts in eastern Ukraine, which are together called the Donbas region."

And previously they held elections in 2014 where "Voters were asked to elect the Head of the Donetsk People's Republic and Head of the Luhansk People's Republic as well as the deputies for two parliaments: the People's Council of the Donetsk People's Republic with 100 seats, and the People's Council of the Luhansk People's Republic with 50 seats."

Like i suggest all the same Zelenskyy is freely elected and of Jewish decent, he is not a neo Nazi.

And the fact that all our respective nations have issues where neo Nazis are concerned, Russia being just as bad as the rest, kind of puts pale to Putin's spurious claims of invasion down to Nazi control.

I've been to Edinburgh. Some of the nicest people I've ever met. Really. Back to Russia, Putin, and Neo-Nazis. Neo-Nazis may be a bit of a stretch. I was in the military the 80's. I'm no liberal on this side of the pond. Giving you a little bit of info about me. That war in Ukraine is horrendous. So have all of the prior thousands of wars. I can list all of the ones in the last 50 years but why? Hundreds of thousands if not millions dead. As much as I abhor the horrors presently in Ukraine I personally think Zelensky should have agreed to no NATO, no missiles. Capitulation maybe but it was a no-win situation. Sad...
