Why would they not have labs in Ukraine. None of that has been a secret. The Russian spin is that the Ukrainian labs that the US has supported are actually US bio-weapon labs... Kind of a big difference there lol.

The only point in all this is Russia is suggesting that bio labs that are all over the world in the 100s or 1000s are actually not just your typical bio lab that we see every place else in Ukraine and are not run by Ukrainians, but secret US bio-weapon labs in Ukraine. That is the only point here in whether you believe the Russians or not.

The Ukrainian authorities stubbornly hide even the existence of these laboratories. And people panic because of outbreaks of unknown diseases ... So how protected are these premises from the leakage of dangerous viruses?

Oddly enough, for the first time talks about American laboratories in Ukraine started abroad. Three years ago, the Serbian newspaper Pechat published an article "Why is the US turning Ukraine into a biological bomb?"

It says about the laboratories built in Ukraine in 2014-17. It seems that only Americans work there, and the Pentagon finances them.

This information was picked up by Russian and Bulgarian media. The latter conducted their own investigation in 2018. And they counted 11 secret laboratories in Ukraine through which dangerous diseases spread.

In Ukraine, the existence of American laboratories was the first to be raised by MPs Viktor Medvedchuk and Renat Kuzmin. They even sent an appeal to the SBU about the commission of a criminal offense.

The official document indicates that US military doctors are studying the use of pathogens of especially dangerous infections in different regions of Ukraine. This is confirmed by outbreaks of dangerous infectious diseases.

Thanks, I hope it looks better now, I put that link on my favorite for future references on other topics, I do not know if is me, but is many articles that has been removed from the net.

I remember when I would use the old fashion engines and get all kind of good links to articles, now everything dominated by the three tech companies and they are filtering everything.

Is like everything, for one end the preaching of the evils in the world and the evils of biological warfare, then legislation is pass soo the US will never, ever engage on such despicable behavior in the mainland.

But that does not means that US grants would no go to foreign entities in countries that are no soo outraged about doing nasty things in their borders.

US can use deniability of wrong doings, you know grants are given and some people do bad things, nothing to see here.

And well collateral damage is always for the good of humanity sometimes.

Good point lol, but you get my drift...

BTW what I see that is interesting is they built a level 4 lab there at a cost of 1.2 billion, but in Ukraine we are talking 21 million across 13 labs to be modernized or created. At about 1 to 2 million per lab I wonder how many are level 4 bio-weapon labs lol.

I can see the need for a few lab's to study virology. But were talking more than 20 in just Ukraine alone. Doesn't that seem the least bit suspicious?

Let's not forget the warmonger Victoria Nuland is worried about Russian troops getting to these labs. If it was benign research she wouldn't be worried.

In the 2005 Agreement between the U.S. DoD and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ukrainian government is prohibited from public disclosure of sensitive information about the U.S. program and Ukraine is obliged to transfer to the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) dangerous pathogens for biological research.

These U.S. bio-laboratories exist because of a $2.1 billion military program run by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). The program itself is called the Cooperative Biological Engagement Program (CBEP).

Do you think the US would admit to them being Bio-labs because that would make them in direct violation of the United Nations Convention, which makes it criminal to manufacture deadly viruses, bacteria and toxins.
