I'm glad to know I already take all of that stuff and more.

Cayenne pepper I just had last night, I made dipping sauce with Miracle Whip and powdered cayenne pepper. Excellent dip for breaded chicken. Nice zing, I'm still very thankful that there is still a lot I can still taste.

Curry is awesome, really good for you and is one of the reasons why India has the lowest rate of cancer in the world and is also an amazing anti inflammatory, its used for arthritis. ( I use it for that Tumeric is extract of curry ).

Curry is a super food, enjoy it.

Try Lysine hydrochloride. Lower the viral reproduction and you'll see if it has any effect. You may think you dont produce viruses anymore but my loss of smell lasted only for a week. It's been 3 or 4 months and I can feel the difference when I eat a pound of high arginine peanuts. This is a clear sign of increased viral production IMO. My nose doesnt feel normal for years. One of the vaccines taken in the army made me allergic to grass pollen and it was weird since then. I've mostly fixed it but you know the feeling after you've worked with a plaster all day? Cement in the air? Kinda stuffy but not really blocked nose. I think the soil in my indoor plant's pots is growing and releasing mold every time I water them. This plus the dust in the work.

The viral load among people is high. That's how I feel after every visit to a grocery store. Everyone's shedding spike proteins, new variants, old common cold variants. Immune system is still jacked up and paranoid from the infection, causing inflammation. It's good because I dont catch something easily but it suck too. Who knows for how long the Omicron occupies the nose right? These weak viruses not generating fever are sneaky.
I think I'm able to smell the virus, the spike proteins just like I'm able to detect feces or perfume in the air. As long as I remember it I wont catch it IMO. I remember how I couldnt smoke a usually smooth virginia tobacco. If I got it in the nose I felt sharp pain. Similar to the sensation of sniffing concentrated ammonia. Almost like it made my nose super-sensitive first before overloading it and erasing.

Maybe try experimenting with the ingredients found in DNA Force or the product itself. It's not cheap tho. Some people swear they had something like a numb joint after injury and it started to ache and then they started to feel the body part again. Actually Alex Jones himself said exactly that about his finger. It looks like some ingredient could re-grow the nerves or make you produce stem cells re-growing them.

And my two cents would be vitamin B-12 - It contains cobalt which is known to increase production of red blood cells from bone marrow. Also fasting is known to restart everything in just 3 days. I was pretty much fasting when I had that cold because I couldnt eat much of anything except juices without feeling like I'll vomit a sandwich after it was sitting in my stomach for 6 hours. If you ate like a pig and you had no fever the damage could be worse.
Can asymptomatic people have high viral load and experience no damage? I dont know. IMO you should try harder. It's been plenty of time to regenerate. It seems like your senses work. Dont eat eggs and stuff you dont like. You may learn something from it. I dont seek that tobacco brand since then. It doesnt feel as bad as back then but actually I can still distinguish the smell of it's toxic compounds. My body can handle them again and it feels normal and weak but still. I also drink more fruit juices since then. They were alright when I had nausea and my body knows it now.

I just checked TMG not available in Canada. If anyone is interested I found A place in Canada that stocks hard to find supplements at decent prices. I waited months for NAC at my local health food store but then found this site which carries a lot of hard to find stuff ( Except TMG ).

I got my order in under 5 days.

www.vitasave.ca... I have no monetary affiliation with them other than they stock the supplements I need that are hard to find anywhere in my city.
Betaine is pretty much the same thing as TMG. I am not too sure about the difference between Betaine and Betaine HCL though, the HCL version helps to increase stomach acid I think. I had the Betaine HCL tablets for low acid a while back, the daughter gave me some and they do work, but they contained papain, Bromelaine, and Pepsin too...so I don't know what actually helped my digestion the most.

Water fasting. It's basically a reset to factory settings for the human body.

--------------------. We know that the virus crosses the barrier between the olfactory nerve and the brain - prolonged loss of these senses is likely due to changes within the brain.

As does the Spike Protein which is why strokes have increased so dramatically and will continue further .

I sympathise with any who have part or fully lost taste and smell .

But if vaxxed you have far more serious matters to consider , imho , but there are protocols which will in part mitigate

the evil damage done by the inoculations .

My wife and I both had delta in august. She lost taste and smell and has been trying various things since then. A couple of weeks ago I suggested ivermectin since we have some and after a week she got some smell back. It's not perfect but it's more than she got back in the previous 6 months.

So sad to have to put in this link:

COVID linked smell damage is brain damage, smell is a huge component of taste and damaged sense of smell means a damaged sense of taste.

So sorry for you and hope it ends eventually.

A pox (literally) on those who created this virus, they belong in a world tribunal.

I wish everyone would see this, it clearly tells you what has been done even if given as comedy.
Maybe someone will use this to start a thread.

I think the covid19 is created and does something and everyone gets it know it or not, then the various types of vaccinations work for or against whomever and whatever it is intended to, per individual as chosen.

Most things had no taste at all, then there were things that tasted really bad.
For me it was eggs... Took me forever till I enjoyed an egg again. Apples were weird too...
I missed coffee.
Spicy was the only thing left...

Don't buy into the fear porn and ride it out, there are some benefits to it

I also wonder about trying ivermectin. I have a type of rosacea and was prescribed some sort of ivermectin cream for my face. The rash was inside the nostrils, and I use the cream a little way up inside my nose. Three weeks later I swear that not only has my brain fog receded, but I really noticed my smell and taste getting better this week. I was sick with covid the first week of January.

You could also try alpha-lipoic acid. This is the second time in my life this happened, the first time was after bad flu and it took almost a year to get it back. The bonus from that is that I actually can't smell cat pee anymore

Viruses and bacteria of all kinds really do have the potential to wreak havoc with our health, even for years after the initial infection, covid is no different in this regard.

Also, you might want to try olfactory training, I forget the exacts but you have to actively smell strong scents like coffee, perfume etc.

Stroke patients in rehab train other parts of their brain to do things the damaged part of their bran used to do, so that makes a lot of sense.

It may eventually return. Possibly after a year or more. Covid is damaging the Vagus nerve and other parts of the nervous system and that is why people are having these kinds of problems.

Coincidentally the wife has been taking alphalipoic acid for about 2 years for something else. If you do some research it seems that ivermectin may help clear up long covid symptoms. Use a search engine other than Google because they want you to think of ivermectin as a horse deformer and nothing more.

I had it over thanksgiving and still can’t smell or taste much. What’s weird is occasionally I’ll eat something and for a fleeting moment I’ll taste it… then it’s gone. This sucks.

Best advice I can give is to read through some of the advice given by the members here and try some things to see if they work, I'm taking Dimethel Glycine ( DMG ), I started to take it more frequently lately.

From this article:

The 7 Helth Benefits of DMG:

1. ENHANCING METABOLIC FUNCTION*
Dr. Jerzy Meduski at the University of Southern California's School of Medicine in Los Angeles called DMG a metabolic enhancer.* In his research, Meduski found DMG made cells function at a higher efficiency, a "super-catalyst" that seems to boost the metabolic pathways.*

When taken as a supplement, Dimethylglycine aids in the production of metabolic intermediates – building blocks used to create hormones, key vitamins, and nucleic acids for DNA and RNA repair.* DMG gives up its pieces metabolically in the process. In the words of Dr. Kendall, "Dimethylglycine works by falling apart, so you don't have to."

BOOSTING BRAIN FUNCTION*
6. DMG supports the body's production of creatine and phosphocreatine, which fuel energy within the brain and curb mental fatigue.* It can cross the blood-brain barrier, helps maximize brain function, bolster brain acuity, and improve mental focus.*

Dr. Kendall's work with Dr. Bernard Rimland led to positive reports of improved communication, eye contact, sleep patterns, immune function, and general social interactions.*

The inability to smell bathroom visits has its advantages, it still smells but like chemicals but more tolerable.
Not long ago I found myself working at a waste treatment plant in between two transport dump trucks being loaded with de-watered waste. I tolerated it much better than my supervisor who had to leave because of the smell.

It is gradually getting better, but was looking to see what others are doing and trying to see if there is something better.
A lot of smart people here.

I have good days and bad days, wish I knew the cause of why some days are better than others, I made this post to see what other people are doing to see if something works better or faster than what I am doing now.

Some people on here are suggesting Ivermectin has given some result in recovery of the taste and smell issue.
I'd like to try to see if it helps or works. Now getting it in Canada may be an issue. I have prospects though, gonna try it.
