Thanks everyone for the replies,

I checked the windmills, but we are talking at least 4000$ for a full setup
I checked the reverse osmosis filter systems (n case I want to use my own well), still a couple of hundreds + the filters that have to be renewed constantly and in case of a disaster or total collapse I doubt that there is a accessible supply of those.

Since this is the survival forum,
my main need is water
I know where the water is, but it's 100m to 200m deep
How do I get it out of there, manually?

any more ideas?

The way the RO filtering system works is you don’t need to change the filters, at least not the membrane filter, it’s self cleaning which goes down your drain. If you have high sediment then the house filter will get most of that out up stream but not necessary.

Those manual pumps I was just looking at are going to cost a pretty penny. Now I’m looking at those solar drinkers cattlemen use out on their ranches.

Let me know if you find something

I guess If I really get thirsty I could find myself a 200m piece of rope and lower an tiny, narrow bucket down there :p
