Being here in NZ, im fairly certain we dont have a nuke pointed at us so ill be there to curse his name into the wind... so theres nearly 5 million people. Nuclear winter might be an issue though if he really went all out (and everyone else joined in) even down here on the far side of the planet.

Ill rephrase it as, would he really want to be vilified by the couple of billion who didnt die including many of his own people, but will now live in the ruins of the old world and die in the next few years from starvation, fallout and infrastructure collapse.
