Well yea it makes sense to hit the capital if your intention is to remove an adversary's puppet leaders.

Yes they aren't making gains like you would expect...I would chalk that up to them sending their surplus gear and conscripts in first. I would assume this was intentional so they could force the ukrainians to waste precious high end anti tank weapons to stop a push using outdated gear.

I don't really have a dog in this fight but it isn't all to hard to understand the why's and how's at play here.

Okay, so I've done this with other posters so then what happens next?

What are Putin's next moves? What are Zelensky's?

Because it makes no sense I mentioned before 150,000 troops aren't enough to take and hold Kyiv much less all of Ukraine

If I had to guess...I'd say they will oust those they want ousted then work on reinstalling leaders whom they control again. They won't need to hold the whole country for that. Honestly I don't expect them too hold much past the Dnipr.

What has peaked my interest lately is all the reports and rumors of US bio labs and russian interests in them. There may be a lot more to this than meets the eye and we may all be off base on this...even the people of Ukraine. Then again there may not be and Putin is just a bully...I have seen no matter whos puppet the leaders there all appear to be open to corruption...

And again for all the games and politics the only ones too really suffer here are innocent citizens and russian conscripts...

I pretty much agree, nuclear threats always make your ears stand up, and do the biological labs.

But ultimately unless it goes beyond the borders of Ukraine, the winner gets to rebuild Ukraine and tap into all those rebuilding funds with graft and corruption.
