This is so easy I hesitate to even post it here. I will though, just in case someone doesn't know it already.

Everyone likes granola, right? Well, most anyway. In the stores today you can find some pretty healthy granola, even the local grocery store. However, typically, the words "Healthy" and "Grocery store" don't belong in the same paragraph, but this one actually works...and it's GOOD too!

Recipe - So simple a caveman can do it!

1. Pour a small bowl of some decent granola. Do NOT add milk!

2. Instead of adding milk, add some vanilla, fruit or plain Greek yogurt to it.

3. Mix, and eat.

That's it! That's all there is to it. And, it's fabulous! If you make your own granola at home (which is easy-peezy), even better. Homemade yogurt, even better still.

It takes a minute to get used to your 'cereal' not floating around in a bowl, but the flavor and nutrition value is excellent.

Try it...you'll like it!

You're welcome.

Been doing this for ages. Also good with fresh squeezed cow's milk (as opposed to the processed white liquid sold in stores).

A million times yes! I've brought this lunch to work every day this year:
-Plain greek yogurt mixed with a small amount of vanilla protein powder
-A dozen frozen wild blueberries
-1 cup of granola

Yum!

I eat a banana or mash an avocado on some toast myself. But you are spot on with your assessment.

I usually don't eat breakfast, if I do I usually have either a boiled egg and toast, or I have two fried eggs with toast. It usually keeps me full for around four to five hours.

On sunday, I have salt codfish that has been soaked overnight simmered for fifteeen minutes then a little butter and pepper added , with two slices of toast. Sometimes I make pannakaku for breakfast, and we finish it up as a treat in the evening and next morning.

If I am going to eat cereal, it is organic Os with grassmilk or organic milk. I don't do that very often though. I also don't eat fruit for breakfast if I am going out in the sun in the morning, the furocumarins in it make me burn. I don't like getting sunburnt, also I don't like OJ in the morning, I would rather have it at night with a little vodka in it. Although, I have not drank much booze other than for medical use in the last ten to twelve years, I usually drink a total of three mixed drinks and two or three beers a year maximum and those mixed drinks are usually hot toddies. An occasional beer does taste good on occasion but one is enough, Beer goes good around a campfire with some campfire dogs and burgers but so does coffee made on the campfire...so I usually have the perked coffee instead the last decade. I drank my share of beer when I was young, same with pot, it is now legal and I am not even interested. It was more fun when pot was illegal. You felt like you were doing something naughty.

It's not healthy unless it includes a pound of bacon, crispy-limp, not full crispy.

It's good with just plain cornflakes also. The tiger style ones, frosted, with plain yoghurt and add some fruit.

Or just musli in general, kids love it too, as a dessert.

I've ate it with gummi bears too. Natural yoghurt and gummi bears. Who would have thought?

Try ayrn. It sounds nasty to most westerners, but it's really good and good for you. It's from Turkey and there they sell it in the coolers in the stores beside the soft drinks.

I mix about half water and half plain yogurt, throw in a dash of salt and a squeeze of lemon. Mix well and drink cold. When I worked remodeling, I couldn't eat a meal in the heat of the day. I'd bring a liter of this to work, drink half of it at lunch and sip the other half throughout the rest of the day.

I dare you ... TRY IT ONCE!
