This is so easy I hesitate to even post it here. I will though, just in case someone doesn't know it already.
Everyone likes granola, right? Well, most anyway. In the stores today you can find some pretty healthy granola, even the local grocery store.
However, typically, the words "Healthy" and "Grocery store" don't belong in the same paragraph, but this one actually works...and it's GOOD
too!
Recipe - So simple a caveman can do it!
1. Pour a small bowl of some decent granola. Do NOT add milk!
2. Instead of adding milk, add some vanilla, fruit or plain Greek yogurt to it.
3. Mix, and eat.
That's it! That's all there is to it. And, it's fabulous! If you make your own granola at home (which is easy-peezy), even better. Homemade
yogurt, even better still.
It takes a minute to get used to your 'cereal' not floating around in a bowl, but the flavor and nutrition value is excellent.
