Or, the emergency that the act was invoked to deal with is over. As I read the act, it is temporary anyway and a final manner in which to deal with serious problems such as the downtown blockade presented. It was used and now is no longer needed.

Which Trudeau "Yes Man" said that? Asking because that sounds like it was worded to support the notion that the act was invoked legally. According to many top scholars in Canada though, it was not.

That's the rub: How does Trudeau prove there actually was an emergency, let alone one serious enough for such drastic actions? I don't see any argument that could possibly hold water.
