For those of you that don't know youuku ( www.youku.com... ) also has most thing s google also has, but why?

Does youtube get commissions from it foreign adds ?

If course. YouTube is Google worldwide. And Android is Google. And Instagram, Facebook, Twitter...

Ads cross all barriers...and these are all owned, run and regulated...by the likes of parent company :ie Google Worldwide.
