No, it says they underestimated their opposition, overestimated their base of public support, failed to do their "homework" and failed in their efforts as a result.

We see it time and again in these so-called "grassroots" uprisings by "average citizens"; and yet they continue to delude themselves into the idea that they are more capable at the job of running everything than the "elites/experts".

So..just do as you told by our darling elites..No! Not simply because their station in life is much higher than mine, being elite, does not you smart per se, it does not mean anything really, other than they have money.
