we have some "crazy" family members, and when they "go snap bean" as my wife likes to say, she always follows up with, "it must be a full moon", and more often than not, she is correct.

For me neither but compare the two different cycles length.

Merridian cycle length 28 days.
ttps//en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Menstrual_cycle#/media/File:MenstrualCycle2_en.svg]https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Menstrual_cycle#/media/File:MenstrualCycl e2_en.svg

Moon cycle length 27

Any more similarities you can see? Open both in different windows to compare.

I can't help but laugh at full moon antic's, WEREPUGS.

A werewolf walking out of a Hilton hotel after a suspiciously mischievous night with a lady that has huge feet.

The terrible almost impossible urge to pee on a neighbours prized hedge row.

And all of those other immature caricature ideas I get.

Good job I am no good at drawing or else something would have gotten me into trouble by now.

But anyway HOOOOOOOWWWWWWL, full moon over here as well.

Do we have the same kin?

There is one relative I have, when he is in a “mood” it’s best just not to talk to to him until he return to human form…

Every now and then when there is a full moon, i lock up the house, turn my phone and computer off, take a sip of my magic potion and proceed to shed my skin, walk on all fours, forget how to speak and eventually raid the fridge and pass out in the shower, where i awaken again, nude.

When i am not working, i love full Moon too. I find it relaxing and i just want to stare it. Our house is passed over generations and my hubbys grandmother wanted copper wire around the house to prevent harmful energy fields. So i can really enjoy Moonlight without having bad dreams nor being unrelaxed. I sleep well regardless what time of the month it is.

Not a werewolf here, more a cat person.

It has been shown that our bodies operate on certain rhythms, chief among them being the roughly 24 hour (20-26hour in some) Circadian rhythm.

I do not see why, given how long it took to quantify the Circadian rhythm, it might not be possible that another, as yet "officially" identified rhythm associated, or at least in sync with, the lunar cycle, might exist.

And such a lunar-synced cycle could easily affect both males and females; either similarly or differently based on hormone-related physiology.

More study might be advisable.

I am not a werewolf. I would love two meet one some day, sit down, hand him or her an alcoholic beverage and a cigarette and say " You'll be alright, I am here for you. Would you like for me to grill you a steak? "
I love the full moon. I live out in the country and like the way it shines through the trees. I sleep better during a full moon phase. We are supposed to have a cloudy and rainy night tonight up here in Wisconsin, so I most likely will miss seeing it.

Thank goodness I'm not the only one cursed with the disease that turns me into a raging wolfman at the sight of the full moon where I roam the countryside ravaging local towns of unsuspecting peop-. . . . . . .

Oh.

Not that kind.

Never mind.

Oh god yes. I lie in bed and feel a certain way and can't sleep.
Look out of the window and just know it's full bloody moon.
I can't sleep at all during full moon, it's annoying.
Funnily enough it's full moon tonight. So no sleep for me.
Awooooooooo!

I used to be a Cop. I remember that the most and worst crimes happened on a full Moon. Before my shift, the guys from the previous shift would worn when there was a full Moon. You always knew that it was going to be a bad night.

Might want to find some aconite otherwise known as wolfsbane and keep it in your pillowcase or on your person(anyone scared of becoming one. Some people make tea out of it but it being toxic as a poison it is not really suggested to ingest it as keeping the root in the pillow case and or as a sachet around the neck is enough not to be dragged off by the moon's influence.

One source of that is ancient alchemy, another is Bram Stoker's Dracula when given wolfsbane as a protective amulet everything is fine and normal and it isn't until the character takes it off and discards it in a drawer does the characters trouble with beings of the "night" began... the person that gave it to her likely knew the character they gave it too was on their list as a target of interest.

But it's an old folk remedy for anything that might be or become the "bane" of another's existence... as it is adaptable and not specific in its workings like a werewolf that doesn't like vampires or vice versa or a evangelical christian not liking other branches of christianity etc. as how it works as a function or basically a very strong ward.
