There's a lot of complete bollocks flying around at the moment on both sides.

This is up there with the biggest load of bollocks ever.

What would the US possibly gain from it?....its simply not going to happen mate.

Yeah the US government world never do anything like this.

(cough cough ... Tuskegee Experiment ... ahem)

It's not like the US government has ever attempted to intentionally deceived it's own populace and the entire world to start a war.

cough cough ... Bay of Tonkin ... Bay of Pigs ... Operation Northwoods .. ahem)

Yeah, it definitely couldn't happen!

Im not saying the US isn't capable by the way Im saying to what end would they do this? this isn't some secret semi-controlled poisoning. This is the potential uncontrolled release of smallpox, I would expect the outcry would be to condemn all involved America, Ukraine and Russia. Hell, let's face it in today's world if this dubious prediction were true it could be easily a half dozen potential suspects. Mossad and China seem much more likely candidates for various reasons. Along with George Soros isn't he up to his teats in Ukraine? All 3 of those make more sense than the US.

Troll or not, they are very entertaining and they do bring up some interesting topics, and if they are indeed Russian it's a perspective we don't have a lot of here. Considering the current situation even if their Russian heritage is in question, What does it hurt to listen and comment.

I've learned some interesting stuff, even when I don't agree with their spin.

Would the U.S. do this to cover up crimes committed there a few years back?

I would hope if that has one scintilla of credibility, certainly, the risk of that would be known to those around the President.

Biden does seem to be spoiling for war, but for now, it seems to be just to take the heat of his domestic failings and plunging approval ratings. Which of course is another sorry excuse to go to war.

My brother's job is communications, some of it hush-hush. He does comment on certain things and had told my other brother that we are in a covert biological war (without elaborating). I've never questioned him personally on this subject, but it left the idea rolling around in my head. This information is likely factual up to a point where it starts to connect the dots, but the conjecture fits with this CT about a covert biological war happening right now.

I will actually give this one some consideration and be checking this thread often.

Ummm…if one only thinks in a linear sense…then one inevitably utters statements claiming gnosis…when knowing was never present…

Much better…IMO…to maintain a healthy skepticism…while never stating never…

This is a personal pet peeve of mine…I detest when individuals or groups claim knowledge in the face of it’s lack…

A conclusion should only be made when sufficient identifiable and verifiable facts are in evidence…

There is no such nation "Ukrainians".

Ukrainians are people who live in the region on planet Earth called Ukraine.

I appreciate being Russian your information may however be several decades out of date.

(Oh and we in the modern world have a vaccine now for smallpox, so it's really no big deal)

btw I'm English. Please may we have Crimea back. It was ours first

I don't claim to have any sort of secret or intimate knowledge.
Please show me where I have claimed anything of the sort.

On this occasion I've stated an opinion.
That's all it is; my opinion based on the information I have available to me, instinct and my life experience etc.

I don't think what the OP has described is going to happen.
You and others may disagree - lets wait and see.

It's bollocks in the "Putin is a green, six-legged horse from Uranus and dresses in human skin to fool the silly Russian people into thinking he is a human. I know this because a stone in my garden told me" sense of bollocks.

But then again, most stuff on ATS isn't really meant to be taken seriously .....

Anyway, what's happened to the Russian invasion? The Daily Mail even published the full plans yesterday (obtained direct from the Kremlin - so they must have been true!)

He seems like a nice guy from Russia offering a Russian view of things. I'd be disappointed if he didn't have a pro Russian slant on his posts. Just as we have a pro America slant.

I love this place for reasons just like this. I can speak to people from all over the world, and find perspectives I had no idea existed. I would love to meet this guy and talk about his home and experiences.

But yeah, I enjoy RT's posts. I just don't necessarily take them as seriously as some.

This is a crazy world we live in. I live my life in a small town in southeast U.S. and I have absolutely no beef with my Russian counterparts/citizens. I figure the average Russian is just like me, trying to live a decent life and care for their own.

I wish the leaders of major countries, who are so at odds with each other it seems, would just suit up and put on their boxing gloves and duke it out if they want to fight, and leave us common folk out of it!

RussianTroll, your countrymen do not hate me do they? Because I sure do not hate them. I value life and culture and people of all walks of life!

This is massive thanks for bringing it to our attention.

Is there anywhere to get this information in english?

It would be a sin if we can't effectively share the source because of Cyrillic.

A couple of decades ago, I was reading about Fort Derrick (I filed it on my head as the US version of Porton Down in UK) where it was claimed they had managed to combine Small Pox with the Spanish Flu virus. It caused a bit of a # storm at the time.
Reading this thread I was also minded about the small pox vials that were found in some fridge (military/lab) in US.
Then I was also minded about recent events in Kazakhstan where Russia helped them out. Wonder if they found something there? While we are focusing on Ukraine, maybe we should be looking to Kazakhstan seeing as US has a lab there?

Ummm…Thank you for clarifying your intent…it’s not that I disagree or agree…I am a skeptic…

I simply dislike claims of knowledge when no facts are in evidence…

That’s why I usually use the…IMO…In My Opinion…descriptor when I’m opining…so that you know I’m not attempting to claim knowledge…

I don't remember that the Russian Foreign Ministry said anything about the US laboratory in Ukraine, but they talked about the Georgian laboratory.

Comment by the Information and Press Department on developments involving the Richard Lugar Centre for Public Health Research in Georgia

26 May 2020 19:19

Foreign states’ military biological activity based on the Richard Lugar Centre for Public Health Research in Tbilisi, Georgia, is begging numerous well-justified questions. This high-level biosecurity laboratory has been built by the US Department of Defence and is operated in its interests to research pathogens of some particularly dangerous infectious diseases. The Centre houses the US Army Medical Research Directorate- Georgia. According to the available information, the DOD and its affiliated organisations bankroll the laboratory research and pay operational expenses, including security costs. Despite Russia’s requests, the United States has failed to provide any information on the double-purpose activity conducted there, both as part of confidence-building measures under the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on their Destruction (BTWC) and bilaterally.

We are concerned with Washington’s failure to explain what exactly it is doing in the direct vicinity of Russian borders. As is only natural, we cannot but take this into consideration in the national security context, particularly where such sensitive matters are involved.

Russian officials (including representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defence) and public figures, as well as Georgian experts and members of civil society have repeatedly pointed out that the Lugar Centre’s operations are giving rise to serious questions as to the US conforming to its BWTC obligations. Specifically, it was noted that this biological facility conducted research on using insects as carriers of particularly dangerous biological agents and pathogens.

It has been brought to our attention that the US has patented a drone designed to release infected mosquitoes into the air. Yet another patent has been taken out for ammunition containing chemical agents or infectious agents. It is obvious that these “inventions” contradict the letter and the spirit of the BTWC.
