Thanks for the link, bobs. Justin Trudeau has stated that he might accept Michigan's aid. If they brought American forces onto Canadian soil to repress a peaceful, constitutionally protected protest this would be HIGH TREASON. I am hoping appropriate authorities act and arrest this tyrant before it gets bloody.
Look at that gloating smirk as he threatens his own people!
'High Treason' as legally defined in Canada:
(1) Every one commits high treason who, in Canada,
(a) kills or attempts to kill Her Majesty, or does her any bodily harm tending to death or destruction, maims or wounds her, or imprisons or restrains her;
(b) levies war against Canada or does any act preparatory thereto; or
(c) assists an enemy at war with Canada, or any armed forces against whom Canadian Forces are engaged in hostilities, whether or not a state of war exists between Canada and the country whose forces they are.

It certainly seems like others right to travel freely and go about daily life was definitely impacted. How can someone call the free and protected while actually restricting other?
Were government COVID shutdowns examples of free and protected behaviors in allegedly free and liberty loving nations?

A significant number of the truckers involved in the protests are Americans, not Canadians.
Perhaps Canada should just close the Southern border?
I mean, when the US sends its people, they're not sending their best, they're not sending you… They're sending people that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems with them. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists.

Wow, Captain False Equivalency to the rescue! Thank you!
I didn't realize that American truckers taking part in these protests, many of whom regularly go back and forth legally between the countries for their occupation, are the same thing as millions of illegal immigrants swarming the southern border of the US and crossing over permanently. I didn't realize that American and Canadian truckers fighting covid mandates that harm the ability of their brethren to cross the border and do their business, is the same as illegal immigration!
It's amazing to learn that these truckers are apparently cartel members, criminals, even ISIS terrorists coming across the southern border. Sneaky!
Wow, learn new things each day.

It's almost as if you don't know that that vast majority of illegal immigrants to the US don't meet the definition of refugees nor are they asylum seekers, nor do they have a visa, nor do they meet the asylum requirements. Only a small percentage do..
You tried to compare these truckers, again most of whom are already going back and forth legally for transport reasons, and most of whom are likely holders of American passports (which grants a degree of latitude in North America), to illegal immigrants crossing the southern border. Are you claiming that most of these protesters in Canada entered illegally?
Now, an argument that can be made is whether they have the legal right to protest in another country. I don't know the law on this topic within Canada. That is a different comparison than you are trying to draw.

You can keep dodging the question. We all already know how deep your hypocrisy goes.
Now since you moved the goalpost, ill again bite. Im dysfunctional in that regard.
No, not yet but the powers that be are asking the Michigan (US) National Guard to aid at the Ambassador bridge.
Now, at what stage were the BLM/antifa riots before the National Guard was called in. That is in dollars worth of damage done and illegal activity.
